I’ve trained with Richard for a few years now, I’ve changed to the online programme, I was unsure how much I could push myself at first, I know it’s easy to back away. That said I am settling down and enjoying my new way of training and I do find I can push myself. I will always miss our banter but I do not have any regrets continuing with Richard and this new way to train. My confidence is growing each time I go in the gym 💪🏻

I've been going to Rich for about 8 weeks and absolutely love it! I would highly recommend the Active Goals Fitness ignite online programme to anyone that needs some direction, structure and a challenging training program. The app is extremely easy to use for tracking nutrition, the workouts and to keep in regular contact with Richard via the chat function. I have done 8 weeks so far and my gains have been awesome! Looking forward to completing the next six week block.

I’ve been going to Richards sessions weekly since around feb 2020 and I can honestly say he’s the best PT I’ve used.
I winge a lot in my sessions 🤣 but Richard keeps me motivated because he knows I can do it so I don’t back out.

Like most people during lockdown I realised I’d put on a bit of weight, I contacted Rich and within no time we were outside working-out following COVID-19 guidelines as gyms were shut. He also helped address my nutritional needs and I feel a lot healthier! Once gyms opened I was nervous however Rich made it a lot easier with planned programmes and I’ve been progressing with increasing weighted exercises ever since! Would definitely recommend :)

Really enjoy PT’s with Richard. Not only do I feel like I’m gaining strength and confidence I’m also gaining knowledge in nutrition, muscles and bones in our varied cool down chats & banter.
He also adapts the session to cater for my injuries which I really appreciate because as much as I moan whilst working out I love it and he doesn’t let it hold me back. Highly recommend 😊

I’ve enjoyed having Richard as. PT, he’s worked around an injury I’ve had so I have been able to maintain working out. As much as I really don’t like certain exercises we really manage to have some banter which makes the hard work fun.
