Peter is professional and very good at what he does. He has plenty of patience and the right personality to help anyone with their exercise and nutrition, whatever the level, offering lots of helpful and advice and tips throughout. He also is very knowledgeable about weight loss/management. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable experience and my health is infinitely better as a result of the sessions I have had with Peter.

The Home Exercise Handbook by Peter Moorhead is great for clients such as myself as a reminder of the exercises Peter has taught me, and to make sure I am doing them correctly. However, I found the book so comprehensive , that even if I hadn't had training from Peter, I would easily be able to learn he exercises from the book itself. The photography and narratives are fantastic and very simple to follow. This is a motivational go to book for my all round exercise needs and I highly recommend it.

Peter is an amazing Personal Trainer, and now a Precision Nutrition Coach too. I cannot recommend this program enough, it is packed with useful information on a daily basis to keep you on track and accountable with Peter along side it. I have lost 2 stone since I have started, without my usual fad diets that have never worked. The secret is that you commit yourself for a year, this makes it harder to give up, like we have all done in the past. This is a lifestyle change that you will definitely want.

Following a personal training programme with Peter has been an education. His enthusiasm, passion and motivation are infectious – he guides you through each exercise and attunes your workout to your ability and fitness level, challenging you in every session. The variety of exercises and workouts mean I never get bored, but it’s hard to remember the ins-and-outs of all the warm-up stretches, exercises, and HIIT routines on the days that Peter’s not with me in person. So I was thrilled to get a copy of Peter’s very own ‘Home Exercise Handbook’. It’s not the ‘same-old-same-old’ exercises that you see in so many other fitness books. It’s rammed with every exercise I can possibly think of; the instructions and the images are easy to follow at a glance; and it’s full of helpful hints and tips to ensure that I’m doing everything correctly, safely and in accordance with Peters expert advice and guidance. I’d highly recommend it to anyone wanting to confidently continue with their training at home. Thank you Peter.

I’ve started working with Peter and the PN Coaching programme on the 1st January. The results have way exceeded my expectations!! I've known and trained with Peter for probably eight years now, and he’s an absolute training professional who is also knowledgeable in a range of health and wellbeing matters. Wow, what a fantastic 12 months! I started training with Peter this time last year. We decided on PT and PN Coaching combined and the results have way exceeded my expectations. Today I’m two stone lighter, fitter and healthier than I was when I was 25 – I’m 46 this year!! The results were gradual but consistent throughout the year, each week moving in the right direction. My body shape has totally transformed and I sleep like a baby! When I started I honestly couldn’t run 100 meters, I now run 4/5 miles almost every day. I recently played football in a lads vs dads match and was noticeable fitter than most of the players! I’ve tried many diet and fitness programmes over the years and never stuck to anything. PN Coaching has helped me change my nutritional habits whilst Peter has continued to push my fitness levels.
