I have been training with Dwight since 2016! PT sessions are always challenging, but fun and variable. Dwight has helped me improve my stability, mobility, endurance and strength over the years. He’s very motivating and gives me extra work to do in between sessions to improve my weaknesses, super helpful as I am someone who needs that accountability. A very knowledgeable and friendly trainer, would highly recommend!

I've been training with Dwight for 4 years and really enjoy the sessions. Dwight's much more knowledgeable and experienced than a typical PT and has particular expertise in mobility, functional fitness and injury rehabilitation. I've appreciated how Dwight tailors sessions to my needs and encourages me to progress, resulting in fitness, strength and mobility improvements. This has benefited my overall wellbeing and martial arts training, as well as helping me to complete several hiking challenges (National 3 Peaks and Yorkshire 3 Peaks).

As a golfer in my mid 60’s with occasional back problems I started work with Dwight two and a half years ago after a recommendation from my physio. I was looking to build strength and flexibility to improve my general fitness and minimise niggling injuries. Dwight is an excellent trainer. I look forward to his sessions as they always challenge me and vary from week to week. He has a great knowledge of how the muscles in the body work and is very supportive and encouraging when trying new routines and exercises.

I was privileged to be a client of Dwight for over 5 years, initially started with him to improve my mobility. In all those years I have not experienced a single workout session which would be the same and the bar was always UP! His advice on building strength, conditioning , flexibility is invaluable. 1 thing most of all: in each session you will have his UNDIVIDED attention , him scrutinising every single muscle used in every single move you make. Dwight was recommended by a physiotherapist who suggested he is one of the few personal trainers who has studied and can apply a deep understanding of the human body function(s) into his professional practice.
