I have chosen to work with Jared and his JB Fitness team after the lockdown, because I've started to put weight and I've lost my confidence on how I've looked. Jared was the best decision I've done in long time, he is very knowledgeable as a personal trainer, very friendly and very good in mental support as well. He knew what advices to give me to achieve the results I wanted and I am very happy and confident now.
I couldn't keep going to gym every week without his support.
I 100% recommend Jared and his team if you want to be the best version of yourself.

Jared is an amazing personal trainer. He knows how to push you and his advice is second to none. I am so much more confident in the gym now. Before starting with Jared I was relatively happy where I was I just wanted to fine tune a few bits which felt impossible because I was feeling relatively "comfortable" where I was but wanted to achieve certain goals. After chatting to Jared and making a plan I felt reassured and motivated to do what I needed to do....results came immediately and I really enjoyed what I was doing because Jared made it achievable and realistic with my busy lifestyle. I felt confident, I felt in control and I was happy that I was hitting my goals.
I had a few wobbles along the way and that's where Jared helped me most, a calm rational voice to guide me.
So if your feeling like you can't, don't know how, lacking confidence then Jared is your man :)

I’ve been a client of Jared’s for 8 months now, and couldn’t recommend him more. I’ve achieved the results I was looking for, whilst learning how to work out independently as well. He’s a great mix of patience and motivation, so you don’t feel pressured on days that you feel tired but will still leave feeling like you’ve achieved something. He offers a really involved, full spectrum personal training service, and you can tell he’s genuinely invested in each client getting what they are looking for from their sessions. I’ve always been reluctant to make a move and get a PT. I started doing Pump classes and got to meet JB there. I thought he was really supportive and welcoming, which made it easier to approach him as a PT.
Its been just 5 weeks and I feel like I’ve made more progress in these 5 weeks with my legs than I’ve made in the previous 2-3 years on my own.
I highly recommend Jared to anyone who is thinking of making a move but not 100% there.

Before I met Jared I was relying on pain killers just to get through the day from my lower back pain and became more and more sedentary, which was making it worse but I also couldn't be too active without being in some pain or discomfort. I knew I needed to find a way to build up the exercise again but felt stuck in a bit of a rut whilst also feeling sluggish, bloated and unhealthy. I needed to find a way to get stronger, healthier, fitter and strengthen my back/glutes but the thought of going to a gym also terrified me and I didn't particularly enjoy exercise! Working with Jared has been one of the best things I've done and I haven't needed painkillers for my back for over 2 months which is huge. He is so easy to get along with, is very knowledgeable and motivating and challenges me to push myself to reach my goals. My confidence and knowledge in the gym has soared so quickly as well and I genuinely love the workouts and going to the gym thanks to Jared. This journey was never really about weight loss for me either but feeling myself getting fitter and stronger each week, being virtually pain free, seeing the weights go up and the muscle definition come through has been an added bonus and really rewarding. I couldn't have come this far without Jared's support and professional knowledge, he will always find a way to help that suits you. Thanks Jared!

Before joining JB fitness my weight was increasing, I felt uncomfortable and unfit and I tried fad diets which aren’t sustainable. I had never really exercised or joined a gym so I bit the bullet, joined a gym and met JB. Since working with JB Fitness I have lost weight without having to eliminate any foods from my diet, built strength and stamina and met some incredible people! For anyone considering a PT - JB fitness has been incredible. His knowledge, patience and support has been gold standard and you get access to a whole host of advice, content and support! I must say 8 months into my own fitness journey with Jared and JB Fitness - I can’t recommend him and his services enough.
I joined in December - really unhappy and unsure of my progress in the gym. I wouldn’t say I was unfit but I had absolutely no direction and therefore would never develop - this was in and outside the gym e.g. knowledge of what foods to eat to reach my goals etc.
Since then - wow! I’d never deadlifted in the gym before due to a lack of confidence but now I can lift 120kg. If you wouldn’t told me that in December I’d bite your hand off!
I really appreciate how Jared is really sincere and just his whole attitude to towards fitness and wellbeing has really helped me achieve my own goals. I now feel fitter, slimmer and more confident in the gym which were all goals I wanted to achieve when I started - but there’s still some more to go! Thanks Jared!

Working with Jared has changed my approach to fat loss. I’ve always been tough on myself with a bit of an all or nothing approach. With his support, my relationship with food has most definitely improved. I no longer dread social events and can still have fun without the guilt that would normally come from a bit of over indulgence! I trained with Jared for almost 2 years first in the gym and then through online coaching and I’ve gone from weighing 121kg at the beginning to losing 53 kg to get to 68kg now, and perhaps more importantly I’ve kept it off! But aside from that I’ve gained confidence in going to the gym and working out which I never had before starting with Jared. Jared’s helped me build my diet and exercise in such a way that it has become so ingrained in my routine that I don’t even notice I’m doing it. Gaining confidence in the gym has let me enjoy going to the gym and seeing how I’ve improved week on week and having a routine tailored to me allows me to enjoy a take-away without feeling like I’ve broken my diet or in some way ‘failed’. If you were like me and tried getting a PT before you may have had the experience of a PT who has pushed you to the point of exhaustion doing exercise you hate and diet’s you can’t stand. Jared was the complete opposite, he listens to what your goals are and what you want to do and then builds your plan to let you do that. When I started we did a few sessions where I quickly found out that I hated HIIT training, Jared then completely changed his plans for me to focus on weight lifting which I found I liked much better. He provides support and gives you a good source of external accountability.
