Warning! PT with Andy can seriously impact your clothes size! My favourite leather skirt! Could not recommend anyone better to work with you to achieve your goals. Andy is knowledgeable, professional and an expert in his field. He holds me accountable and keeps me consistent. Best PT ever!

What a difference a few weeks of proper training makes. Andy (Smith) has already managed to turn my soft puny body into something with actual muscle tone and its so exciting :) I never in a million years thought i would enjoy weight training, i hate the gym (boring) and it just seemed like torture for no real gain but all of that has changed and I am now on my way to a stronger healthier me; don't tell him but I even look forward to it!!
I have tried loads of different exercise regimes over the years but this has certainly given me the quickest results of any of them. He makes it fun, interesting and every session is different so there is no anticipation and therefore the brain also never gets bored, for me that is perfect.
I would highly recommend giving the personal training at #Motiv8mept a go, if you truly want to change your body (even in your 50's) then this is definately something you should start today.

True blessing to be under Andy amazing guy, transformed my body, best thing I've ever done was to join this lovely place I call home. Great motivation is needed to be the best and I am the best, what I'm trying to say is you got to put in the effort but from nutrition to keeping the right form and keeping out of injury while doing it, he's your man. I started training with Andy just over 2 years ago after a friend recommended Motiv8MePT. At the time I was training at 1 of the big name gyms in MK but I had hit a plateau and was feeling frustrated & unmotivated. I've never looked back.
Andy has great knowledge of all aspects of his industry and uses this to create effective tailored meal & workout plans. By listening to my goals, gathering information and working with my likes & dislikes Andy managed to help me achieve my goals and helped me with a long term sustainable plan. With regular measuring of progress I was able to drop my body fat from ~27% to ~18% and increase my lean muscle mass.
Considering Andy's experience in the fitness industry his prices are very reasonable and he is achieving his goal of making Personal Training accessible to all. He is always on hand to provide support and knows when to be sympathetic or when to give me a kick up the bum. Workouts are always varied and Andy is incredibly flexible with his working hours which means even when working long hours I rarely have to miss a session.

Andy is an awesome Trainer; if you want to get maximum gains from your training sessions, he is the Go To Trainer! I started training with him just under 18 months ago, looking to lose a bit of weight and to tone up. Andy devises programmes that are both interesting and testing, and I look and feel a lot different. I've worked with Andy for over 2 years. Prior to this I had had about 3 years of membership at Whittlebury - but leaving me to myself clearly wasn't working. I arrived at his door extremely unfit, having realised that yeas of avoiding fitness (and a desk job) wasn’t going to work for mid-life and going forwards. To be honest, I’ve always been scared of gyms and definitely terrified of turning into a muscle bulging female. However, Andy works with positive encouragement and somehow manages to get you to achieve what you think is impossible. He is so knowledgable of anything related to muscles and body.
The gym is extremely well equipped - if you do a PT session, there will be a max of 2 others there at the same time which is amazing. A private gym with all the equipment and someone who genuinely knows it all.
