I started with PTK 12 weeks ago and it's without a doubt the best decision I've made. The PT sessions are tailored to suit your needs, they're fun and you definitely know you've worked hard! I can't imagine not working with Kayleigh as it's changed my life, confidence and I'm so much stronger. If you feel intimidated by the gym but need more than a home DVD then PTK is for you. Seriously, you won't regret it!!!

Kayleigh is fantastic! I have small group PT sessions with her and took part in her couch to 5K classes in preparation for the 5K at her equally amazing fitness festival, fit fab fest.
I’ve had trainers in the past that take things too far, making you lift more than you can lift without injury. This approach really didn’t work for me as I’d spend days recovering when I could be training. But Kayleigh at PTK sets realistic targets and really helps you to build strength whilst maintaining good form to prevent injury.
I must also mention that Kayleigh is awesome! I always leave feeling happy and would definitely call her a friend as she welcomes you into the PTK family.

I absolutely have found my home for fitness. I really struggled to get fit after my accident and then my pregnancy but eventually found PTK. Not only have they managed to put up with my moods, motivation and injuries - managing to adapt every class to help me they’ve also welcomed my toddler with open arms on the days he’s not in nursery. So much so that he now misses days we don’t go. I’ve enjoyed this last 7 months so much and I’ve lost so many inches. Definitely recommend PTK to anyone.

I love training with PTK. They have worked with me to find the best training program that suits my hectic life, including bringing my Daughter to some sessions so I can attend. They support you in every way, listening if you’ve had a bad day but also pushing you to improve when your motivation needs a boost.
I have some medical issues that can hinder progress but with PTK I am now believing I can still gain results.

Started the fat blast 6 week course 3 weeks ago and so pleased I did. It has given me the kick up the backside that I needed with my fitness & health. I look forward to going to the classes and it’s a reason to get me out of the house.
Kayleigh is fantastic, so welcoming & the most motivational speaker I know plus everything is always done in such a positive way.

PTK has without a doubt changed my life for the better. I joined up in January for Ladies Learn to Lift having never lifted a weight or Kettlebell in my life. I remember being welcomed so warmly and shown correct techniques and being pushed. I found myself having so much fun that I decided to join on for other programmes and now here I am, 8 months later, 15 inches and 4 dress sizes down, having met a phenomenal group of like minded ladies and having a great time.
The PTK family welcomes everyone of any ability and shape and size and is truly inclusive, I've never known what it feels like to work so hard yet have so much fun and laugh as much as I do.
I feel the best I have felt in years due to Kayleigh and the team and whilst it hasn't been quick, I have made long term positive changes and stuck to it.

Training with PTK is hard work but loads of fun! I have taken part in several different training sessions and benefited so much from each one. From weightlifting to core and cardio, there is something for everyone and the whole team are really friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend to all

I started training with PTK just over a year ago, I wanted to improve my lifting technique as I had just done pump classes at the gym before with little to no supervision. The ladies learn to lift classes was just what I wanted; knowledgable instructors, inclusive environment and encouragement from a group of like minded ladies.
Fast forward a year.... I am training 3 days a week with PTK working on lifting and weighted cardio. My goal was to master the powerlifting (squats, deadlift and bench press) and try my hand at Olympic lifts (clean and jerk and snatch). I couldn’t ask for a better personal trainer! Kayleigh does a great job and always with a smile.
If you are looking for a PT that will help you reach your goals then head straight to PTK.

I was very fortunate enough to win a competition with PTK..... I never win anything so I was over the moon.
I was so impressed with the method of teaching and the relaxed environment for my week prize that I immediately signed up to continue with the classes.
If you are looking for a relaxed environment where you can sit happily in your own skin and not feel judged by instructors or other members this is the place to come. You definitely feel like an extension of their family and not just a client.
The encouragement I have received in the last 2 months has been amazing and has helped me achieved things I didn't think were possible.

I joined PTK a few months ago with Dottie. Due to health reasons I couldn’t get a gym or personal trainer to take me on. Dottie and PTK didn’t hesitate. They have given me the chance to change my life and there are not enough thankyou’s in the world I can say. In the months I have been there my health and confidence has gone through the roof !! Dottie and kayleigh are truly amazing people. PTK is not just there to train you they are family.

Kayleigh makes exercise fun and exciting. Her classes are differentiated well to your ability, and she motivates you to improve.
I would highly recommend her, even if you’ve never exercised before, she teaches you the correct techniques without you feeling embarrassed.

Life changing amazing PT, I started small group PT with Kayleigh 12 weeks ago and am fitter and stronger than I’ve been for years. I cannot recommend PTK highly enough ... go on try it you’ll be amazed at what you can achieve !

Fat blast class on Tuesday is great fun you work really hard but at your own limits. Kayleigh is a wonderful instructor and makes all the classes fun, no pressure to keep up and just a great atmosphere.

Both me and my daughter go to kayleigh gym we have not been going long and they were recommended by a friend and we have never looked back it is a relaxed atmosphere and you are not made to feel self conscious about yourself both kayleigh and her mum dot are really good teacher's and let you go at your pace but I do things I never thought I would do at my age Iam 63 and I have never felt fitter I still have a way to go but I will get there also my daughter has disabilities and they are great with her and she can do things like never thought I would see her do I would 100 per cent recommend PTK gym in fact 1000 per cent i can't thank them enough for what they have done for me and my daughter before we went there were did not know the word exercise but we love it and it is great.
