I’ve been training twice a week with Sacha since 2021 and know I’ve been put through my paces after each session. I can tell each PT hour has been planned and thought through beforehand targeting different body areas and focusing on weak or problem areas or parts I’ve mentioned!
Outside of the gym Sacha supports me throughout the week encouraging more activity and better nutritional choices. When starting I thought I was walking a fair bit, but in reality it was more like 3-4000 steps a day. Steps have now built up to 15,000 a day and are just part of my daily routine.
Sacha is easy to work with, personable and chatty, but always makes sure I’ve worked to my max in each session.
I’m nearly 2 stone down and look forward to how much more I can lose this year! :-)

I found Sacha through my gym and signed up to train with her to achieve a goal. My goal at the time was to look good in my wedding dress and I just wanted a quick fix at the time but I couldn't have been more wrong!! Sacha encouraged me to have a life style change and not just a diet and a quick gym session. I got into a routine of loving to exercise very early in the morning and eating good food. I achieved my goal in 6 months with her support and came back for more. Exercise is now part of my life and I enjoy every minute of being coached by Sacha. I am very grateful for her support through my ups and downs and the encouragement she gave me to start this journey and I am not going to stop now!

I went to Sacha initially to get into shape for my wedding in 9 months time, after my dad said "no one likes a fat bride", but also wanted to make fitness a sustainable part of my life again. I didn't want a quick fix for the wedding and then to put it back on after. I was the biggest I'd ever been and feeling really uncomfortable in my own skin. I felt I had an instant connection with Sacha as she has been there herself!
Sacha was brilliant, she gave me the exact type of workouts to maximise weight & fat loss, the nutrition I needed to support it & the motivation to keep me going, as I had tried other personal trainers & had failed.
Her sessions were varied and different each week to keep me interested and to ensure I was progressing. She was fantastic at making sure my head was in the game, even when I was having a difficult day. 18 months later and 12 months after the wedding, I am still training with her having reached my weight loss goals! Cannot recommend Sacha highly enough!

I joined Kiss Gym in Milton Keynes last November, purely because Sacha Hayes was a PT there. (I already had 2 gym memberships elsewhere!) I have worked with trainers over the years, so knew exactly what I was after. Sacha has been where I used to be...uncomfortable and unhappy with my body and therefore with myself. We just connected! Since working with Sacha, she has seen me at my absolute best and sometimes my absolute worst. She always knows what I am capable of, even when I’m convinced I ‘can’t’ do it! I’m pushed to always give 100% and the results speak for themselves! Her knowledge on fitness, the body, nutrition and getting results is spot on. In the last 6 months, my mental health has improved, my fitness, and in particular, my strength has increased and my posture has improved massively! Most importantly, I’ve gained a fabulous friend....one that I’m accountable to daily, but a friend none the less!
If you are looking for a PT, I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Sacha! Whatever your goal; she’s your woman! xx

i joined kiss not really knowing what to expect.....i lost my inspiration for the gym, then i met sacha at her Thursday morning class and absolutely loved it....i spoke to her and wanted to really try and get back into training and pushing my limits again. I then asked about PT sessions, sacha clearly knew what she was talking about and backed this up with actual evidence. so i took the plunge and booked up......i can honestly say that it is the best decision i have made!! she pushes my boundaries and can already see big improvements. She changes the sessions everytime, shes interested in you and how your getting on and she puts a lot of effort into every single detail, she goes that extra mile for her clients. Shes very motivational and so glad i took that leap, thankyou sacha xx

Sacha works you hard, keeps you challenged and encourages you to keep going. My fitness level has improved and I am stronger, able to do decline push ups (with my spaghetti arms!) and working towards pull ups.
Getting fitter can be fun with Sacha!
