I. M.I have been a member since December 2021 and I love all womens gym and classes. Paul the trainer is great, he is very experienced in fitness and training, always keeps the classes interesting by changing routines very often. Over the past few months, I definitely feel that I have become much fitter than was before. I would recommend 100%

The other members are encouraging, helpful and friendly.. it’s a nice environment to get yourself off your but and move again!! H. Y.I’ve been attending Paul’s women only gym for over a year now. It such a friendly, welcoming place, it had been a while since I’d done any sort of exercise so attending a gym seemed incredibly daunting, but I really shouldn’t of worried everyone is so lovely and you can learn and progress at your own pace!! Would highly recommend!!
