Glow fitness glasses are fantastic! Liz is lovely and makes everyone feel welcome no matter what your age, size or ability. She varies the classes so you never get bored with the same routine. I have attended several classes in different locations and met some lovely friendly folk in all of them. As well as fitness classes Liz gives excellent nutritional advice to help with weight loss and healthy eating for life. She also organises walks and social events too which are great but never puts pressure on anyone to attend anything that they cannot do. I would recommend Glow Fitness to everyone.
Hi I'm Susan I've been attending Lizs chair exercise class for about 3 yrs now. Following a stroke and oesteoarthritis I can't jump around very easily. I attend on my own but have formed many friends over the years. Classes are fun and friendly and at approaching 70 I think I may be one of the youngest in the class. You go at your own pace and we all have a good laugh when we go the wrong way or our fitness ball becomes a game of football. Liz has kept me going through good and bad times especially during lockdown. To date I've managed to loose a stone (more to go) and 15 inches. Liz is a powerhouse and never stops don't let anyone tell you seated exercise is easy - it's as hard as you want to make it.

Joining Glow fitness was one of the best things I have ever done. Apart from being a lovely lady Liz is an amazing instructor and is always ready with an easier option for those of us who are not quite so mobile. She encourages/cajoles everyone to make sure they are getting the most out of the class . There is also the social side Liz arranges walks/away days/weekends away and always makes sure she takes time to speak to everyone. It’s the most friendly class I have ever attended and would encourage anyone to join . Exercise friendship and fun are in abundance.
Started going to Liz’s classes a few years ago now and love them. It doesn’t matter what you look like. Everyone is very friendly and we all support each other. Classes are designed for anyone who wants to keep fit and there is loads of variety from aerobics, kettlebells, salsa and Pilates to name but a few. I have made many new friends and we now go out on social gatherings too. Come along and join the fun and keep fit. You won’t be disappointed. Liz (and us girls) will look after you
I have been going to Liz's classes since she started in 2013, something I never thought I'd do and stay the course. Sooooo pleased I did.
I have made many friends and everybody is so friendly and Liz has to stop us all talking to each other so she can start the class!!!
She organises a couple of weekends away per year and also a monthly walk for an hour, and then it's time for coffee and (scone?) afterwards, with a catch up to maybe chat with someone who goes to a different class.
Whatever your fitness levels you will fit in with Liz's classes. We all go at different rates and you just do what you can.
Go on, give it a go, no matter how you feel being a new member you'll soon have lots of like minded ladies to chat with and plenty of classes to choose from.
Liz runs a great variety of classes to suit all abilities. I really like the pace of the classes, she motivates you to get the most from them. I personally have been attending her classes since 2015. I have become so much fitter since then, clothes fit better and I have made some great friends. I highly recommend Glow fitness.
Liz has years of training experience across a vast range of exercise techniques, including hiit. pilates, aerobics, salsa, boxercise, kettlebells and more. Alongside classes throughout each week, from time to time, Liz also runs short term 'booster' classes eg Fit in Fifteen ( a series of 15 minute sessions over 2 weeks-which give great inch loss results)
She is dedicated to her clients' well-being and also provides advice on healthy eating and a wide range of health issues.
Liz is friendly and approachable ; apart from her weekly news letter, she can be easily contacted on an individual basis.
As well as classes in the Community, she provides live and recorded classes on facebook .These were a positive force during the lockdowns and remain so if you are unable to get to community classes.
Liz also arranges optional monthly walks, weekends away and Christmas events.
If you want to improve your health, fitness and feeling of well-being, Liz is the person to help you achieve these.
I have enjoyed Glow fitness for over 3 years now, I try not to miss a class as its always good to meet up with my Glow friends and have some fun.
Liz is a fabulous instructor and the classes are always varied so there's always something new to try. The great thing about all the classes is you go at your own speed and work at a level comfortable for you. Its always fun and we always have a giggle and we are getting healthier too ! What's not to like 🤣
Started with Liz from Glow over two years ago. Her classes are varied and fun and are aimed at all ages and abilities. She encourages you to do and be your best. My fitness level has certainly improved and I very much look forward to every class. Would highly recommend Liz’s classes to anyone.
Joining Glow Fitness was the best decision I have ever done, I have never felt so fit and healthy I have made lots of new friends the classes are all friendly and adapted to meet all abilities and needs to get fit. Best of all we all have fun and have a great laugh and a amazing trainer Liz that supports and helps you all the way.
Started Glow back in 2018 and loved it. I was very unfit as hadn't excercised properly for a couple of years. Fantastic and varied classes. Great feeling after completing each class. I lost a few pounds in no time but even better I felt fitter and younger and my breathing improved too. Then pandemic came along and luckily Liz put all classes online. FANTASTIC. Still going and hoping to get back to Face to face very soon. If you want to get fitter and meet some great new friends I recommend Glow to all.
I've been going to Glow for the last 7 years. I love the variety of classes available on a rolling programme. They are for all fitness levels and abilities. It's a great way to keep fit and make new friends. Classes are also live online and recorded, so you don't miss out. Liz is a wonderful coach.
Hi, I am a Newby at Liz's classes, although not new to aerobics, having exercised for 30+ years. Liz is an excellent teacher, and her classes are varied and enjoyable. I have made new friends, and also met old ones I haven't seen for many years. I highly recommend these classes.
Friendly, fun and informative.
Liz makes exercising fun for anyone at any level. All classes can be done standing, sitting or more energetically whatever level you are at .
The group is friendly offering social gatherings outside of exercising.
With food plans and lots of nutritional knowledge you’ll learn a lot!

I have only recently joined Liz’s Fitness Pilates classes at Seaton Burn but I’ve already noticed a difference in my posture, balance and mental state. Liz is a fantastic teacher, presenting you different stages of each exercise dependent upon your ability, all within the confines of a calming space surrounded by like minded people who enjoy the classes.
I particularly enjoy the use of the ‘hog’, which is a jutted mat that is used for balancing exercises and stretching. All in all, I cannot recommend Liz’s classes enough. I just wish I had more time in the week to do more!

Great Glow classes, fantastic friendly atmosphere, exercise at your level n feel uplifted. Make new friends and keep fit, Liz is such a great instructor, you never feel embarrassed if you cant do the same as others, hav a gud laugh. Hav a go if u dont try u dont know. You can even do live classes when you are on your holidays via FB,
I found Glow a few years ago, I went to my first class without knowing anyone, everyone was really friendly and made me feel very welcome, from that first class I was hooked. Liz provides support and great advice on fitness. The classes are varied and you work at your level, all exercises have a low or high choice. I really find getting fit with Liz is fun, we have a good laugh which in my opinion is what it's all about.
I have been going to Liz’s classes for years which I think speaks volumes they are for everyone no matter what your age or level of fitness you can take part in her classes and you will feel better for it.
Liz puts a lot into the classes and makes all members feel like a valued part of the group

Can't praise Liz and the group high enough. Joined last summer and from the moment I walked in the door, the friendly greeting from all, put me at ease instantly and made me feel included.
Love the mix of classes, always something different to try so it never feels the same like other groups. You can work at different levels to suit yourself and Liz is always so encouraging.
Looking forward to our next weekend away in the autumn. Let's see if it can top last year's lol

Classes are varied and suitable for all abilities. I enjoy the variety of options and the flexibility in joining whichever classes I want to throughout the week.
Been with Liz for along time now. Enjoy the camaraderie amongst the class. Liz varies the exercises weekly to keep you interested and welcomes old and new faces with the same friendly attitude. She also organises a lot of other events to suit all tastes.
Great combo Thusday evening. Kettlebells followed by Fitness Pilates. Two of my favourite classes & I felt as though I'd really worked hard & thoroughly enjoyed the exercises & chat. Feel great this morning Thanks Liz.
After losing our Pilates class after Covid, my friend and I were thrilled to find Liz’s class at Seaton Sluice. We really enjoy it - Liz is a great teacher and mixes it up every week which keeps it interesting. Highly recommend
During the course of personal grief exercising on line with Liz has given purpose and structure to my day. Physical exercise with Glow really does enable positive mental health.
The classes with Liz are great, a great bunch really friendly (mostly) ladies, you work at whatever level suits you on the day, Luz gives great direction while making the class fun and each class is different that’s what I love, no tedious routines every class. Would highly recommend this group xxx
I have completed 2 FIT two week programmes. It was so easy to fit in around my schedule and a great healthy menu. Liz is so motivational and there to lend a hand if needed. I’ve lost 16lbs and inches and it certainly gives you the boost to a healthier lifestyle
I don't know what I'd do without Liz's superb exercise sessions on Tuesdays at Cramlington and Thursday evenings at Seaton Burn. She must be doing something right, if I haven't given up after 7 years! No pressure, no judgement, just 100% motivation and enjoyment. Thank you Liz.
I’ve been going to Glow for around 5 mths, a friend invited me and I’m so pleased she did. Liz is so good there is no pressure she just lets you go at your own speed and ability.
Been attending lizs sessions now for 9 years, as I wanted to get fit, pleased I did, got fit, and have had great weekends away in dumfries, walking and socialising, great set of girls 👌👏, thanks to liz, and husband Scott, ❤️
Our classes are great fun! Liz is a great teacher - we have a good workout and a few laughs along the way.
Come along - it’s a way to meet new people and get fitter. It’s not a class of ‘Lycra lovelies’ we all have different fitness levels and you work to your capabilities.
