I have been training with Jonny for almost 6 months now and the changes this has made to not just my fitness, but also my lifestyle, have been incredible. I'm used to training hard for events without measuring my gains and Jonny has been gradually setting my goals and targets which has given me a better focus and clarity of where I'm going. My understanding of what I am eating is much better, and I'm probably the healthiest I've ever been, and I sleep more and am less stressed.
I wish I'd done this sooner. If anyone is thinking about PT I'd urge them to just do it, and not to worry about being fit first. Jonny will absolutely put you at ease and you'll find within an hour you trust him completely, which I think has been the crucial factor in how well I'm doing. 100% would recommend.

I would strongly recommend hiring Jonathon as a personal trainer. He provides in depth knowledge on nutrition through his meal plans and makes each training session enjoyable but challenging at the same time. I struggled at times to find motivation to train by myself but since using Jonathon, he has helped motivate me to achieve my goals in fitness with has helped in other areas in my life.

Jonny is a great PT. From originally setting my goals, looking at my nutrition he has helped me with everything, and changed my outlook and relationship with food.
I feel my strength has improved massively as well as my fitness levels and this is due to the varied sessions Jonny has planned for me. All sessions have been fun and varied and I’ve definitely been able to see progress across each session.
Jonny is also really approachable and is always happy to help with any questions.

I'm currently doing PT program with Jonny, I find that he is really focused and professional trainer!
He is supportive and motivating during his sessions and always ready to help with advices. The program includes a nutrition guidance wich is helpful and sustainable. Progress are tracked and updated every week.

I can’t recommned Jonny enough. He’s professional supportive and really knows his stuff.
He’s trained me so well ( over the past few years ) that I’ve lost over 4 stone and with his programme combined with nutrition I haven’t put the weight back on. I’ve also gained a lot of strength at the same time.
The training has been very tough but worthwhile. While he’s pushed hard I’ve always been in safe hands and understood my limits.
