I have trained with Lee for over a year now and i enjoy each and every session. He works very well to meet the needs of his client from old to young no matter what level of fitness they are at. When I first started to train I had little knowledge of the gym and gym exercises and Lee has now broadened my knowledge and become a lot fitter along the way. Every session with Lee is throughly enjoyed he helps you feel calm and comfortable but still isn't scared to push you out of your comfort zone. Lee has a massive knowledge of gym exercises and is constantly coming up with new ones to try to keep you on your toes. If you want a great PT, get in touch with him!

I’ve been going to the gym several times weekly for 8-9 years before working with Lee. Although I recently felt that I wasn’t quite pushing myself hard enough during my solo workouts. Since working with Lee… Being ‘pushed harder’ is probably the last in a long list of positives… Not only does he push me harder than I’ve ever pushed myself before, my form and technique have improved, my endurance is the best it’s ever been, and I’m laser focussed on my fitness goals. Lee is also great at keeping in touch between training sessions… Checking in on what my daily food intake consists of - which keeps me firmly on track, as well as making tweaks/suggestions on my portion sizes, meal timings, and ensuring that I’m getting the right mix of protein/carbs/fats. All in all, if you’re considering working with a personal trainer, I’d definitely recommend Lee – he’ll be your secret weapon to your new found health and fitness!

I trained with Lee over a 6 week period during the winter and loved every second of it. I quickly found out that he knows exactly how to get the best out of you; when your body is telling you no he'll still get you through the session with a smile on your face. I made significant changes after just 2 weeks both mentally and physically! Lee opened up a range of exercises that I would never of had the confidence to do alone and I felt better in myself because of this. He is well aware everyone has different levels of fitness and his patience with clients is admirable, his thorough knowledge of exercises, techniques and nutrition is also extremely invaluable. It was my availability/commitment (& certainly not his) that stopped me from going further. It will be a case of not if but when I return to regular personal training, Lee is a top lad with big prospects and I will look no further than him in the near future.

I started training with Lee about a year ago. I had originally joined the gym with a friend but he dropped out after going with me once. I knew I needed some support if I wanted to continue with going to the gym as I knew I would be too scared to do it alone. Having had PT in the past I was slightly hesitant to take it up again. My previous experience left me doubtful that anyone could help with me lack of self confidence. Then I met Lee! He has been supportive from day one and is still pushing me to do the best that I can. His sessions always go by too fast because he keeps exercises interesting and challenging. I was terrified of going to the gym before I met Lee. He made me realise that I shouldn't worry about other people and just concentrate on what I want to achieve. I still get moments where my anxiety and depression sneak up on me but I know Lee is only a message away, ready to give me the motivation I need. A year ago I was convinced I couldn't run, was too scared to do a squat and had only been to the gym alone twice. Now I have new hurdles to overcome and when I look back I know I couldn't have done it without my PT. If you want a PT who is understanding but will push you to be proud of yourself then you need Lee. He's never given up on me.

I was so nervous looking for a personal trainer as its not something id ever think id be comfortable doing however lots of people recommended me to Lee and i definitely made the right decision. He is easy to get on with and makes you feel very comfortable, he motivates you at all times. His sessions are planned to suit your needs and he makes sure you get the most out of your sessions. He is 100% committed to you to help you achieve your goals ..... highly recommended!!

I have been training with Lee as part of a group of 4 for the past 15 months and on a one to one for nearly 3 years.Lee is a highly motivated trainer with a passion for fitness and because of this he gives 100% commitment to his clients adapting individual routines to suit you with your own personal training plan aswell as nutrition plans and advice.He is a great listener and adapts exercise to suit any problems or issues you may have .If anyone can help you reach your goals Lee can and not only will you see results but other people will also notice them to.Lee also sends you regular texts to see how your food and training is going throughout your week which keeps you on track if your having a bad day. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a personal trainer on a one to one or to train along side friends.

I have been training with Lee for three years its gone really well. I compete in Disability Sport throwing discus javelin and shot. Lee has really helped me to lose weight and greatly improve my strength and fitness for competitions he is a great PT who takes time and trouble to get to the know person he is training and in my case with discussion he has been able to help me to do things i didn't think i was capable of. I would recommend him to anyone u wont regret it he is the best
