Matt is simply amazing as a personal trainer. The classes are awesome - always mixed up and intense. The music is great and he motivates you to really push to your limit! What I love the most is Matt really pays attention to the techniques and advises us individually through the class if anyone is not doing it right - which is great. He’s always smiling and approachable which is what any great personal trainer should be like! 👌🏽😏

Matt’s classes have become an important part of my weekly fitness routine. He always keeps the intensity levels high with a good variation of exercises. He will push you to get the most out of each class and has great knowledge when it comes to form and technique. It’s obvious he really enjoys what he does which comes across in all his classes. Absolutely love training with Matt. Ive noticed such a difference in my upper body strength a lot quicker than I thought I would, I have more power in my legs and Im really happy with my progress. He is very motivational and even when i'm not feeling my best before hand I always have fun and feel great after a session. Training with Matt has taught me a lot about different exercises that I wouldn't necessarily have the confidence to do on my own or push myself to use heavier weights. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Training with Matt is the highlight of my week. He's super nice, kind and funny, and what's most important, he knows his stuff. I was looking for help with weight loss/muscle gain/motivation and found exactly what I wanted. He's created exciting routines tailored for me, everything explained and demonstrated. He has helped with nutrition and he's super motivating and pleasant to train with. I discovered muscles I never knew existed. Couldn't reccomend more, money well spent! :)

I've been attending Matt's classes from his very first class...Ahhh bless!! His enthusiasm and personality have both blossomed...and his wicked sense of humour...his circuits are a good mixture of bodyweight and resistance stations with upper and lower body workouts aswell as a full body cardio workout...well done....

I take many of Matt’s classes at The Gym Gosforth (circuits, gym pump, full body HIIT). He interacts with every single person in the class, providing encouragement and correcting form along the way.
