Started training with Simon after knee surgery and the improvement is huge - I'm now pain free walking and going up and down stairs and we're now working on specific areas to continue to improve my strength and ability to exercise. Simon is very knowledgeable about the body and develops training programmes to address week on week issues that I may be suffering with. Highly recommended.
