I started training with Lorraine a few weeks ago and I am so glad I did! I already feel fitter after becoming really out of shape. Lorraine comes to my flat and we do fun and varied workouts tailored to me, so nothing is ever repetitive or boring. I feel so pleased with myself when she leaves and am now motivated to get to the size and fitness level I'd like. A really good investment, and money definitely better spent than on a takeaway. I would highly recommended Lorraine if you're looking to shake up your fitness.

Lorraine is an excellent personal trainer. She got me into shape for my wedding, we would either train on the town moor or at my home. Sessions were fun, always different and gradually got harder as my fitness improved. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs PT in the area.

I had been training for a few months and thought I was doing well. Lorraine shows me how to how high intensity training works and it pushes me far beyond what I had believed possible. I've been able to use these methods in everyday gym sessions making huge leaps in my fitness.
I also ran my diet past Lorraine and after showing her the five day eating plan she got me to complete made some great recommendations allowing me to add a lot more variety and healthy options into my diet hence giving me more energy and loosing weight.
Money very well spent can't recommend enough.

I really enjoy Lorraine’s lunchtime circuit sessions. Getting out of the office and working out with colleagues gives me a real energy boost - whatever the weather!
Lorraine comes to us, so it means that we can easily fit in a session during our lunch break – which is great when trying to fit activity into a busy lifestyle.
Each week we do something new, which keeps working out fresh; and Lorraine offers alternatives and variations to suit all levels of fitness. In only half an hour we have a fun, total-body cardio workout."

I can highly recommend Lorraine – I’ve been training with her for 3 months and can really feel the difference in my strength and stamina. It’s really helped my badminton game as well – I’m moving around the court much better, reaching shots I would previously not have come close to, and hitting the shuttle much harder. My opponents have definitely noticed the difference! The sessions are hard but fun, and no two are the same because Lorraine varies the exercises every time.
