Tom is an excellent personal trainer that is passionate about what he does. I have never done any form of weight training so I was a bit nervous but he put me at ease straight away. He asked me what I wanted to achieve and made sure I was doing the technique correctly to prevent injury. I found Tom very motivating and he made me push myself. I really enjoyed the sessions and it's made me grow in confidence to do more weight training to help achieve my goals.

I have been training with Tom 4 times a week for the last 12 weeks and can honestly say the results so far are very pleasing.
When I first started training had trouble with my squat technique due to tight calves but Tom has helped fix this with lots of mobility work.
I had personal trainers in the past best but Tom is by far the best I’ve had.
Tom is patient, motivational, and easy to train with and has a fantastic work ethic.
I would recommend Tom to anyone pursuing a personal trainer – he will help you reach your goals.

I heard about Tom through a friend who had trained with him and had achieved some great results so got in contact with him myself. From our first session Tom made sure to find out what my personal goals were, along with strengths and weaknesses, then tailored my plan to these. Having never done any form of weight training, and always having been apprehensive about where to begin, he taught me the fundamentals of key moves ensuring that my form was correct before increasing any weight or resistance. Our sessions have always been really varied and his encouragement has hugely helped me grow in confidence and push myself further to achieve my goals!

Amazing personal trainer. I had no clue about body building and Tom showed me the ropes to the most important fundamental exercises of power lifting - my squats and deadlifts have more than DOUBLED in my first month. My goals were to have a stronger lower body - back and legs, Tom helped me achieve great results, regardless of having back and knee injuries!
This trainer trains you at YOUR pace and still gets you the results you deserve, as long as you devote yourself to the gym and diet guidelines he personally designs for you. If you're new to the gym or am looking to train injury-free then you should definitely give his sessions a try, you won't regret it!

I'd highly recommend Tom. Friendly, down to earth and all round nice guy who has really helped me develop myself and progress. After years of failing with weight loss and trying to get in shape, thanks to Tom I've finally succeeded, and will never look back. Appointment times are also really flexible, which is ideal for people (like me!) with a busy life. Worked with Tom for some time now.
I didn’t want to go into a gym and his home training is tip top.After surgery on my back I wasn’t sure what I could and couldn’t do but despite this Tom pushes me when I know I would give up so easy, his professional approach and his “can do”attitude has really changed my mindset and I’m becoming more confident as the months go by. His nutrition advice has helped me lose weight and also the training is helping me strengthen my back , it tough but it’s definitely paying off and will continue to work with him for as long as possible ! Thanks Tom ,for your patience and giving me the kick up the behind I need from time to time ! .

Trained with Tom for a month and made some amazing improvements to all my lifts. I was struggling with my bench (80KG at the start), with Tom's help and the workout program he gave me I manged to hit 100KG on the bench in a month's time which is beyond amazing! He also helped me on my squat and deadlift form and I manged to hit PR's in both (210KG and 120KG). One on One sessions have helped me a lot work on my form and with Tom's guidence and help I achieved some great results in such a short period of time. Highly Recommended!

I've been using Tom as a PT and a food expert for ten months now. I've never felt better, never looked better and never been this motivated.
Even though he makes me do horrible exercises that make me hate him mid-lift, I wouldn't be in a position to do things like Bentover Bar Bells and I am going to continue to use and recommend him. Use him if you want to change your self into a SUPER SELF.
