Training with Candice has had a huge positive impact on my mental and physical well-being! I had previously tried personal training with another trainer and it simply wasn't the right fit for me. I tried again, but this time with Candice and it was completely different. I have gained a new attitude, new strength, a new coping mechanism and someone I can call a friend and have a good laugh with whilst changing my body. If you are looking to better your body and fitness, I would 100% recommend Candice, you'll have so many other benefits too, even ones you haven't thought of!

I have just completed Candice's 6 week fat loss programme and have managed to loose 18lb. I am also completely focused to continue on my weight loss journey. This is the most success I have ever had when trying to loose weight. I believe this is because I dont feel like I have been on a diet. Candice gave me the knowledge to understand nutrition better and her coaching helped me stay focused, while I was also fully supported and encouraged by other members of the group. Even though the gyms have been closed I have walked thousands of steps and done on line work outs. It has been such a tough winter with lock down, work and home schooling and having a focus on getting my body healthy has definitely helped with my mental health. I highly recommend Candice Weymouth.

I signed up for Candice’s January 6 week challenge to kickstart my fat loss journey as I hit the milestone 40 this year and I’m fed up of yoyo dieting. With a bit of preparation to work out meal plans, calories and macros, I threw myself into tracking food and increasing my steps, water and protein. I lost 16.5lb in six weeks and I’ve learnt new habits that will help me reach my goals. Candice has supported me while I wobbled, provided solutions to problems via live videos and a facebook community. The boggest takeaway for me has been the help to avoid reverting to bad habits gained over the years when I’ve been emotional and/or hormonal. I’ve gained an understanding of how my body works and what I need to do daily to implement the changes I want. I’ve gained accountability and learned to speak more kindly to myself and it’s all because of the community Candice has created. I’ve learnt there’s no such thing as a silly question because others want to know the answers too! If you’re looking for someone to hold your hand while you get to grips with changing your life and mindset there’s noone better than Candice, she’s an absolute star, nothing is too much trouble and you won’t regret making a start!

FIRST CLASS TRAINER!!
I have been a client of Candice’s for a while now. There are no words to describe how ecstatic I currently feel about both my physical and mental transformation and it’s still going all I know is I’m a completely different person to who I was before I started training with Candice and for that I will forever be thankful!!
I’ve never met someone more driven to help others than Candice. Her support and knowledge is truly second to none. No goal is too big or too small and she’s always there to support you to reach those goals!!

Towards the end of 2018, I was struggling with my weight after a long rehab following a double hip replacement. I’ve known Candice for years so we spoke about what my goals were, and she mentioned that she could put a programme together that would include my nutrition, training splits, weekly round ups. Basically, everything I needed in order to turn things around. All she asked from me was to commit to it and be consistent.
So, I did…
As the weeks went by, she would alter my food intake and training program to reflect the change in my fitness and weight – and to keep things fresh. Having that taken care of was massive; all I had to do was turn up and put the work in.
Hard to believe that two years have passed because it has just become part of my lifestyle. The routine of training, the feeling of progressing and the positive frame of mind that we have created through this process has benefited me so much more than just dropping 6 inches from my waistline. My work, relationships, friendships have all benefited because I’m in a totally different place mentally. The confidence that comes through hard work and achievement has become addictive.
Here’s the thing – I almost forgot why I had started because it was so far in the past and the progress I have made only dawned on me when I compared a photograph of myself from 2018 to one which I took yesterday. I was blown away.
Candice will always say that I made this happen and I get what she means, but without her time, guidance, experience, knowledge, patience – this would not have been possible. It is given me a new appreciation of the impact that a good coach can have on your results.
Massive thank you to Candice for everything. Anyone who is in a similar situation to the one I was in should get in touch as you will quickly understand what she brings to the table.
