Before meeting with Stephen my health was a real concern. I would be out of breath after exercising for a short amount of time and become tired from just a short walk. My confidence was just as low, I struggled with going to the gym and get embarrassed to try new workouts. Within one session with Stephen all of this changed. I received a personalised plan which we worked on over a few weeks, building my stamina and also my confidence. Stephen quickly picked up on the best way to motivate me and I found I improved each time we met. For the first time ever I experience that post exercise positive feeling and that’s thanks to Stephens support. If you are looking to start your journey to a happier and healthier lifestyle I can not recommend Stephen enough. I look forward to our weekly sessions and can’t wait to see how I continue to improve.

He calibrates the sessions perfectly to your fitness and aptitude levels and caters them to you goals -- in my case exercise with some enjoyable competition thrown in. I’ve been taking squash lessons with Steve for about 6 months and have noticed a meaningful improvement in my game. The lessons are well structured and purposeful. The best thing I can say about them is that I look forward to them as much as playing. Steve is good at encouraging but is also able to let you know if you aren’t delivering as you should. Having struggled with results from dieting and exercise for the past few months, Stephen simplified my focus and helped me to see where I was going wrong. I have been seeing him online because of Covid and wanting to stay on the safe side and I wasn't sure whether that approach would work for me but I am getting better results than I have ever gotten in a gym. Simple, clear, professional, supportive and just decent unlike some of these gym personal trainers that spend more time looking in the mirror than helping you!
Anyway, I am doing a combined coaching and tracking package with him which is working really well and it keeps me focused. For me this is one of the best health investments I've made, well him and my nutribullet!
