I would 100% recommend Strongmum!! Since having my son 8 months ago, Abbie has been an absolute lifeline. My workouts are planned based on my needs and what I want to achieve. Abbie really listens to how I’m feeling (physically and mentally!) and adapts on the day if needed. As well as the physical gains I have made, Abbie has been someone impartial that I can talk to and reach out to, when I’ve hit challenges in the rollercoaster world of motherhood! It is fab to have someone not only support you mentally, be accountable too but also get you into better shape than before you were even pregnant!!

I have trained both in the Strongmum classes and PT sessions with Abbie and come away from each feeling stronger, focused and more aware of my body and its abilities. Abbie is extremely positive, knowledgeable and pushes you to your capabilities and beyond. Having trained throughout my recent pregnancy, I felt safe in my workouts in the knowledge that Abbie knew what was right for me! I would 100% recommend training with Abbie and the classes are great for bringing along baby/child :)

I joined Strongmum Training after having my daughter & gaining more weight after pregnancy, than I did during pregnancy. Classes are great & Abbie has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to postnatal & prenatal training. During covid19 lockdown classes have been online. Abbie ensures that she takes your views/wishes on board & is always happy to adapt classes to your needs.

I tell everyone about what a great PT Abbie is. I’ve really noticed the difference since attending her classes. I slacked a bit during the pandemic and you could really tell I hadn’t been attending from my abs and glutes, and I wasn’t as toned. My little boy thoroughly enjoys attending the classes and he’s made friends who keep him entertained while mamma is working out. After a break from classes, I genuinely felt so much better after one class - a combination of muscle memory, a great PT (and diet obviously helps). Abbie really tailors programmes and classes on a personal level, which for me has really helped get me back in shape. I couldn’t recommend the classes more

I asked Abbie for some advice during my second pregnancy when I was around 30 weeks pregnant and experiencing separation of my stomach muscles or ‘doming’ and back pain (I have scoliosis too). I wondered whether to just get through the pregnancy and try to improve things later or whether I could start doing exercises in my third trimester. After my first block of sessions with Abbie, I can honestly say that I felt stronger at the end of my pregnancy than I had at any other point, which I never thought would be possible! The doming and back pain reduced considerably and I felt far more prepared for labour and looking after a toddler and newborn. Since having the baby I have also not experienced the back pain that I had after my first, which I believe is due to the work I did with Abbie and all of the excellent advice and tips she gave me. I was so impressed with her knowledge of fitness and pregnancy and her ability to tailor everything to my needs. She really does go above and beyond for you, and it’s so lovely to work with someone who truly understands what it’s like to be a mum! Thank you so much x

Strongmum (Abbie) is amazing! Didnt think I'd be able to get back into training after having my little one but she made that possible. I love the classes and so happy with how far ive come! Even through lockdown she made sure we never gave up! Thanks Abbie.
