Altius PT is an extremely professional operation. Marc is helping me come back to a high level fitness after some challenging injuries. He is extremely experienced and his sessions are very well designed, progressive, tailored to sport specific requirements I have and fun. He listens to what I need and works with me - there is nothing generic about this service at all.
Marc's colleague Richard is also working with my 66 year old mother who is now doing 16kg kettle bell clean and presses which is incredible. I recommend Altius PT to anyone who wants to make gains with their physical training be it for sport, health, longevity or all of the above!

I’ve been training with Marc since October last year and I can honestly say he has got me in the best shape of my life. I was looking for a trainer that could help me to get more athletic on the rugby pitch and Marc’s background in strength and conditioning with elite athletes at Northampton Saints made him an obvious choice.
After suffering a knee injury this year I was expecting to have to take time out from training, but Marc’s network of physios and sports masseuses have allowed me to get a diagnosis, train around the injury and rehabilitate quickly without losing any of the progress previously gained.
I would highly recommend Altius PT for anyone wanting to enjoy getting fitter and stronger.
I cannot thank Marc and the team at Altius enough for all they have done for my 15 year old son. A keen Rugby player who lost his way during Covid, I contacted Marc and asked if he could train him and get him fit for when he was able to play Rugby again. That’s exactly what he did with a programme catered to my sons needs. After 3 months with Marc he is over a stone lighter, fitter and so much happier. He now really enjoys excercise , so much so he does his own work outs at home as well. I would highly recommend Marc and the team. Thank you again.
After training with Marc at TLAS (train like a saint) for a number of years after I had a 1/2 right knee operation,I had no hesitation in doing some more training again with Marc at his own business Altius personal training as Marc is excellent at working with people who have injuries as he has a vast knowledge and experience from all his work with Northampton Saints players
Marc is always thinking about looking after the injury and still making sure you have a good work out adapting programmes to my individual needs.
Marc is a great motivator and would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a personal trainer.
I've been working with Marc as my personal trainer for a number of years now and he's always been fantastic, however as the body has started to age a little, injuries have crept in, first a meniscus tear in my knee and then a hernia op. Through these injuries Marc's expertise has been vital in getting me back firing fit in no time, so much so that I ran a sub 2 hour half marathon 4 weeks after my hernia operation. At the beginning of last year we started focussing more on my sprinting, Marc designed sessions to develop and exploit speed and explosive power. This led to knocking 7 tenths of a second off my 100M time last season and early signs this year are promising. I would recommend, and have recommended Marc to anyone looking to get fit, develop in a specific area or simply recover after injury. There are not many truly genuine people in this world but Marc is one of them and his facilities are top notch too. Highly recommended.
Marc and I have worked together for 8 seasons since my time with the Saints Academy. Marc has helped to support, guide and develop me enormously over the years. He has helped me rehab through some significant injuries and setbacks during my career and has always done this in a personal, caring and methodical approach. I have no reservations in recommending Marc to help you purse your own physical goals or helping you recover from injury and come back a better athlete and individual.
It goes without saying that Marc is an exceptional personal trainer. His background working with elite professional athletes stands him in excellent stead to work with the ‘everyday person’, and he has been superb in helping me to recover from injury, as well as building core strength and resilience to achieve my personal fitness goals. Marc first worked with me after a skiing injury meant I needed rehabilitation on my knee. He was meticulous about listening to where I was in my recovery, and how things had been going, and built a robust programme of sessions that helped build core strength whilst also supporting my knee recovery. Because of the work we continued to do on personal fitness and core strength goals, I’ve been able to go on to continue skiing, climb mountains (big ones!), and recently ran my first marathon. There’s no doubt I can only do what I can today because of Marc’s continuing commitment and support during my personal training sessions.
I’ve found Marc’s style to be personable, positively demanding, and very focused on what I need to achieve. He demonstrates a high degree of technical knowledge, and puts this to use in a way that is flexible and adaptable (sometimes on the day!) to my needs. His approach is very professional, and with a high level of care for his clients, he takes time to listen to what has been going on for them, and takes this into consideration when building each session’s plan. But, he is no soft touch…he has a manner about him that gets clients to do things they didn’t think were possible, and boy do you feel great about it afterwards!
Put simply, there isn’t a better personal trainer out there in my opinion. Whatever your goals or reason for looking for a personal trainer, I wouldn’t look any further than Marc
I can't say enough positive things to truly relate my experience of working with Marc. It has been life changing so far and we're really still just getting started - I started in September 2018 (writing this in April 2019).
Not only is he a extremely knowledgeable but more importantly he's personable with it. The service that he offers is truly an investment into myself, my fitness, my body and my future.
I look forward to a long an fruitful relationship with Marc and can't wait to see further results in the coming months. I would not hesitate to recommend Altius and in fact already have to my Dad for some rehabilitation of an old injury. His experience thus far has mirrored my own.

His depth of knowledge and understanding of what ever individual athlete needs is second to none. For me he has helped massively with my physical development.
