I've been training now with Andy for a couple of years and I can highly recommend training with him. He is a class above the standard PTs and is always honing his craft, so that his clients can benefit. When I first started, Andy identified that I had weak points in my structure and has helped me target them, which has in turn improved my fitness, flexibility and structural strength. I really noticed the difference when I was skiing, my technique and endurance really improved and I no longer suffered from sore knees or back in the evenings. Andy also introduced me to Silat Fitrah, which is awesome. Thanks for all you help and continued support.

Andy has been my PT for over 2 years and has been absolutely fantastic. I am stronger and far more coordinated, he understands injuries and helps you overcome them, you work out without even realising it!! Andy has been my TaeKwondo instructor and mentor for over 4 years now and has my ultimate respect for the way he has re-trained me from back-to-basics white belt to taking my black tag grading this weekend. His knowledge of the art is phenomenal and the way he teaches is 2nd to none. His commitment to his clients is amazing and he treat everyone with the same respect and understanding to ensure everyone achieves the same results, from old people like myself to the junior students. His new facility in Malton Park, Northampton, is perfectly set up for his regular TaeKwondo classes and also his PT sessions.
