Me and my son (Sam who is 14), started training at Alice’s boot camps and enjoyed them and the feel of community with the rest of the group. I was pretty unfit and we started training in Alice’s shack twice and then three times a week (lockdown permitting), We train together with Alice and she plans the sessions so that we are both pushed whilst doing similar exercises that are appropriate for both of us. We are both much stronger and fitter than before. I can recommend Alice highly.

I started Boot amp with Alice in October 2020 and haven’t looked back since. Recently began 121 PT and can honestly say I love it. Real community feel to the Bootcamp’s and tailored for every ability or injury. Alice is professional, warm and makes you feel very welcome.

I started with bootcamps, eased back into working out with the made for mums classes after having a baby and I’m now enjoying the virtual bootcamp classes, for someone who never stuck at an exercise class in the past this is a major achievement to find an activity I enjoy and feel comfortable doing

I started training with Alice when my little boy was 6 months old. I had a c-section and needed to rebuild my core. A combination of feeding, carrying and lack of core left me with terrible back pain but within just a few months of working out with Alice the pain was easing and now 9 months in I feel so much stronger. Its also doing wonders for my arthritis. Bootcamp is fun, flexible to all abilities and way more enjoyable than going to a gym. Alice is encouraging, supportive and gives you the boost you need to get the most out of every workout! She has built a community for brawny's bootcamp and I love being part of it!

I really enjoy attending Alice’s Bootcamp every Sunday. I really miss the face to face sessions but even the virtual sessions are motivational and suitable for all levels. Alice is a great trainer and has a positive relationship with her members. Give it a go!

I met Alice after having my second child, at the beginning my sole motivation was to lose the baby weight. Then lockdown hit and I needed something for me. Alice has encouraged and supported me with 121 PT and in her group bootcamp sessions. I am now the lightest I have been since the birth of my first child (6 years ago). I started training with Brawny’s Bootcamp January ‘20 doing the outdoor sessions and was immediately welcomed into the community! Alice has supported me in so many different ways and roped me into doing shack sessions too to help build strength and stamina. I’ve lost about 3 stone and am capable of so so much more than I used to be.
Since moving away from the area and with lockdown I’ve had no choice but to do virtual sessions instead. It’s not slowed my progress at all, they’re still just as enjoyable and just as effective and I’ve (almost) dropped all the holiday weight! There’s plenty of sessions to choose from throughout the week at varying times so no matter what shift pattern I’m on, I never miss my workouts.

I’ve been training with Brawnys Bootcamp for around 4 years now, doing bootcamp, small group training and 1-2-1 PT, and I can’t get enough of it!
Before I found Alice, I hated exercise and never stuck at anything for longer than a few weeks, but due to her expert coaching, great banter and just being a fab human she has made me want to consistently train 3 times a week, and I love it!

Alice is an amazing coach, always encouraging and pushing you to do more. I’m often reluctant to exercise but it never fails to make me feel better no matter how much I didn’t want to do Bootcamp before it starts!! Would recommend everybody no matter what ability to give it a try, you won’t regret it.

I've been going to Brawny's Bootcamp for about 5 years now. Also I have had PT sessions with Alice after I had my baby. She has helped me get back into shape with my body and mind.
Working out with Alice is great fun. I always feel energised afterwards. This is definitely the best bootcamp in Northampton.

I can highly recommend Alice from Brawnys bootcamp and PT sessions, she adapts all her classes to suit everyone's individual needs and motivates you to get the best out of each session, even if you feel like not exercising that thought is soon over once you get started. Good quality classes with a true professional PT. Virtual classes are great , Alice is a true inspiration and certainly knows her stuff when it comes to exercise .

Fantastic knowledgeable coach, Alice encourages you to work hard, pushing you but also recognising your limits. Workouts are varied, with both strength & cardio. Alice has had to diversify with virtual sessions through lockdown but has met the challenge head on & has kept me motivated & exercising. Also great group of people to train & laugh with.

Alice at Brawny's Bootcamp is a brilliant, all round coach. I have worked with her for several years now and am stronger and fitter for it, as well as having a much better knowledge of food and nutrition. I started attending bootcamps then small group personal training and now I have weekly PT, tailored to my needs (I have many!) She is great at adapting exercises for all abilities. One of her main strengths (she has many!) is her enthusiasm and motivation. Lots of challenges to keep everyone going, especially during lockdown. Can't wait to get back in person, but for now, she is one of the few things saving my sanity! Highly recommend for fitness newbies or veterans.

I cannot recommend Brawny's enough... Alice is a dedicated coach who really puts her heart and soul into her coaching. Going along to brawnys bootcamps was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I have been with Alice for about 4 years now and I am probably the fittest I have ever been. Alice is such a great person she does not judge she just wants everyone to feel good about themselves. Brawnys Time for the Mums is the perfect session to get yourself back into the swing of exercising, whilst focusing on the areas that need a bit of care and attention, in order to exercise safely after having a baby.
A lot of us have had that post baby check where they say “are you doing your pelvic floor exercises? ” without really being given any help and guidance and no idea if we’re actually doing the right thing. Alice takes the time to explain why it’s important to focus on, ensuring we're doing the appropriate exercises to help strengthen the core and pelvic floor. The fact that she’s a mum as well, gives you an even stronger sense that she knows what she’s talking about!!
Fab class, excellent coach and you don’t need to worry about childcare, as we all bring babies and siblings along for the ride and they get involved if they need to - using baby as a weight instead of the medicine ball was a highlight of yesterday’s session!

Been going to boot camps since Alice started. They are fab.
Alice tailors the exercise to suit all abilities and will take the time out to help you and make sure you are getting the exercise right.
I like it, at the moment on virtual you still get the same. . she keeps an eye on you and explains things clearly it’s not generic one size fits all session.
I have tried various other groups and sessions and always default back to Brawny’s she just has that special edge.
Oh also, when lockdown is over there is ‘the shack’ this is like a mini gym with sessions of a only a few and is really good. I have come out looking red faced many a time :-)
