Having Dharvin help me has given me the confidence to continue, especially as I have never been in a gym before.
Dharvin tailors my training to my goals and help with my back which I have problems with. And with the research and knowledge he has given I have already started strengthening my core muscles which already has made such an improvement.
I now have a regular workout/ routine and know how to use certain equipment.
I have only had Dharvin for a short period but he makes me feel comfortable and supports me throughout the training. Its good to have the follow up zoom chats too, to talk through goals and improvement/ achievements.

When I first started my pt sessions with Dharvin my goal was to lose weight and keep it off along with to gain experience in the gym and learn how to use equipment that I had never used before.
I’ve tried to lose weight before many times and have always struggled and gone back to my old ways due to countless unsustainable diets and lack of knowledge on nutrition and fitness.
Since working with Dharvin he’s taught me that it doesn’t need to be as hard as it seems and has provided me with all the knowledge and guidance that I’ve needed on nutrition and in the gym as well. He says what needs to be done and explains it all in detail which is easy to understand.
I now know that losing weight doesn’t have to be hard. I have managed to lose 30 pounds in the time I have been working with Dharvin as well as toning up most areas of my body and gaining strength in the process. I feel a lot happier with myself now and my level confidence in and out of the gym is a lot higher than before I started.
I feel as though my lifestyle has changed for the better and that I can now continue on this journey after the support I have received!
I would highly recommend Dharvin’s services to anyone who may have previously struggled to achieve what they wanted to or even someone who just feels like they need that extra push to go that step further in what they’re doing.

I have always gone to the gym thinking I know best but Dharvin has show me so much more than I have ever known
E.g a simple bench press, Dharvin has shown me to position myself better and lift lighter and slower and the result are showing.
Working with Dharvin gives me more confidence in the gym and I feel I can lift more than I thought when with him.
Every time we have a PT session together he shows me something new when lifting
E.g squats, I have been putting the bar on my shoulders in the wrong place and I tend to role my coccyx (tail bone) in a little at the bottom of my lift
All these small changes make a big difference and also makes it a lot safer to lift without putting extra stress on your joints.
I think Dharvin is worth using, not only for his knowledge in the gym but also the after care of what food to eat and when not to eat.
He tracks all your workouts and weight gain/loss and food on the recommend apps that makes it easier for both parties.
Also just knowing that you have to do all this keeps me going as we all know it’s too easy to say “Na I will do it tomorrow”
If I feel that I can’t do a certain workout or I feel uncomfortable then he finds something different that works better for my body.
If you are reading this please don’t think you might do it just book a session and get going trust me you will feel better in yourself.
