I’ve had a number of personal trainers over the past 12 years, and Craig has been the best by far. In three years he’s not only helped me to improve my strength and fitness, but also my posture. He always varies his sessions, tailoring exercises to develop strength and flexibility. He’s really encouraging and offers sound dietary advice alongside the training.

He is exceptionally professional and caring and is one of the best PTs I have ever come across.

I trained with Craig for around 18 months and during that time, he really helped me progress my fitness, strength and well-being. He pushed and challenged me in a creative way and every session was always hard but really enjoyable.
Craig also encouraged me to take more ‘accountability’ for my actions e.g. using MyFitnessPal and to be more ‘consistent’ with my nutrition (those words still ring in my ear!)
He always made time to speak to me and encourage me on my fitness journey. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him as an excellent personal trainer.

Craig has really inspired me to change my life. He's advised me on healthy eating and exercise and he is incredibly knowledgeable whilst being down to earth and easy to talk to. I would recommend Craig to everyone, whether they are just starting out and want advise or if they are very experienced but want someone to push them to achieve their best. His group classes are fun and provide an excellent workout.
