What can I say!! Leon is just one of a kind. I trained with Leon for 6 months at pure. I lost 2 stone and gained so much body confidence. We focused on weights, and the results were amazing,. Quit a much more expensive gym and joined pure, I then spent the spare money on training sessions with Leon. I have found this a much better approach to reaching my goals and also found my form has improved massively and with his plan, now how I would spend my time in the gym is far more productive. For anyone who is looking at achieve the most from the time limited they have to go gym, I would recommend getting at least a training plan made up by him and have enough sessions to make sure you doing the exercises effectively. Its been really effective for me to utilise his knowledge and experience with the gym equipment.

Leon is an incredibly fantastic personal trainer! I have been working out with him for past 3 months and find him to be very encouraging. I decided to contact Leon after a recommendation. Although my training was okay previously, I wanted to set some clear targets and to educate myself on getting the right diet to maximise the work I was doing in the gym. Leon is extremely experienced and has been brilliant with helping me out with both the training side and questions I have about macros/calories etc. so his support continues well outside of the gym, rather than for just 1 hour a week when we workout and this is what has set him apart as a PT for me. A good example of the extra care Leon puts in: Once the gyms went into lock down, he provided me with a home workout plan (taking into account the equipment I had). He is not imposing or overbearing, listens and has a good understanding of what balance you need but at the same time lifts you to another level at every session.
