He’s very easy to talk to and he consistently checks in to hear about your progress or stuff you’re struggling with. There’s never a dull session with him!
V. C.I’ve got nothing but good things to say about Naim. From starting my fitness journey during lockdown in freezing cold outdoor one to ones to gym one to ones and now online training, it’s been the best decision.
If you’re looking for someone who will push you but is supportive and keeps the ante up then this is your guy.
I was skeptical about online training but it’s been just as good and I’m glad I can keep the consistency of the same trainer.
Side note, I’m definitely not an athlete (!) and my struggle with coordination and nutrition was equally a challenge for Naim! But he rose to it and worked on the best solutions and I’m a stronger, healthier person thanks to his help.
Best investment you can make for yourself!
