I've been training with Nathan for a few months and I'm so happy with my results- not only can I see the difference but my family and friends can too! Nathan has helped improve my confidence at the gym and never fails to motivate me to do my best- he's always supportive, full of knowledge

Been with Nathan since I’ve been back at the gym post injury and he’s done everything in his power to cater for my restrictions and my ability. I originally started with the aim to build myself slightly and tone up, but he’s given me the motivation to keep on pushing for more and more. Nathan has the ability to keep the session professional whilst making his clients comfortable and at ease. Could not recommend anymore to anyone new or experienced to the gym.

I have been working with Nathan for a little over a year and we have smashed the goals we set - which is pretty remarkable since we have had two lockdowns in between! We have dropped two dresses and have worked on all areas to improve my strength! Nathan is not just a good PT his also a good listener and highly motivational. Nathan has been on hand to help me with my sciatica and herniated discs issues from the start to advice of what exercices to do, check out my form and performance and always on hand to offer his support both as a person and a personal trainer. His latest challenge fo 21 days was a great mindset for me pushing me beyong my limits but also allowing me to witness my own strenghts and areas to improve on when i had the self doubt myself.
