I started doing PT sessions last year with Michelle as my PT, I felt the only way for me to get fitter was to be shown the way forward in becoming more healthier and pushing myself. Working with Michelle was fun but hard work. I learnt that I could run, box and in the process I became fitter, Michelle gave advice on diet and life style choices that helped me lose weight and inches too!
I met many fun and like minded people along the way, many inspirational runners too and I really enjoyed the group sessions, hill runs and circuit workouts , and not forgetting the social side.
I got to a place where I was happy with my body and life,
So thank you Michelle for all your hard work and support over those 14 months. It was great fun and we had many laughs along the way 😜😃

First came into contact with Michelle through her virtual races during lockdown. Kept me going through the difficult time. Once we could meet up I’ve mainly ran with Michelle but have done circuit classes as well as some of her Facebook challenges. She’s bubbly, enthusiastic and motivating. I have used Michelle as a PT, running groups and classes for about 18 months. She really listens to what I want to achieve, and more importantly helps me achieve goals. Her groups are friendly and supportive and aimed at all levels .

I asked Michelle if she would help my two sons who were physically impacted by lockdown and struggling with fitness. Being typical boys, they just wouldn’t listen to me and do anything I asked. Michelle engaged them both immediately with a series of fun games where in some cases they didn’t even realise they were working out. After only four sessions it was evident that their strength and fitness had improved, and they could name all the main muscle groups. After six sessions my eleven-year-old started to feel the difference himself and has started putting more effort into the sessions as he feels they are helping all his activities and make him feel better. I could not recommend Michelle more for any Personal Training you might need, but I also suggest you check out her classes.

Michelle is a great trainer who got me from my first park run (5years ago) to having now completed 3 marathons! My first marathon we ran together, during lock down Michelle kept us all going with online sessions which really kept me going during the difficult times, the strength sessions are fun and really enjoyable as she caters for all levels, and the chatty group runs are always fun especially catching up with other members, all in all I would give step Forward with Lewis 10 out of 10 .
