I’ve been seeing Stu for over a year now for personal training sessions and I can honestly say my fitness has improved massively. As a female I think it can be quite daunting doing PT in a gym surrounded by people but not once have I ever felt uncomfortable or self conscious. Every session is different and tailored to my goals and needs. The workouts are always fun, yet challenging. Stu knows how to push you to your maximum limit and picks things for you to do to benefit you. He pushes you to get the most out of every hour session and tries his best to keep it enjoyable. Don’t get me wrong, the sessions can be hard and tiring, but I always come away knowing I’ve worked hard, done some good, and sweating!! Stu knows his stuff, cannot recommend highly enough.

I was lucky enough to win a free PT session with Stu. I was dubious about personal training and felt a little anxious as it had been a while since I had been to the gym. But Stu is so friendly and put me at ease straight away. His work outs are fun and I looked forward to them, he even used a pack of playing cards for one session!
