My husband and I have started our sessions recently with Action Fitness, now three weeks in and we're really pleased that we did. Craig is extremely approachable, friendly and makes our sessions really enjoyable and something we look forward to each week. We were particularly impressed with the detailed assessment, video results and the recipe plans we got. Craig has specifically catered our exercise programme to our body types and goals, so whilst we're working out together we're developing in our own way. Can't wait to see how we progress. I found Craig by googling personal trainers near me and so glad I did. I’ve been training with Craig for about 6 weeks now and although every session is challenging and hard work I really enjoy it. I already feel stronger and love seeing my PB’s process as the weeks go on. I love the way the workout is available on the App as when I am at the gym on my own between PT sessions I can access the exercises and do them on my own. I’d recommend Craig 100%.

Craig is such a nice guy. This was really important to me as I am not one for going to the gym and needed to have a trainer I could trust. The option of training at his place was a huge bonus.
He is friendly, really understanding and listens to what you want to work on. He was tuned in to what encourageements worked for me and tailors your sessions to you.
As a health professional, I can say he really knows his stuff and has provided advice for me to continue outside the sessions which has been really appreciated. In a short time, the training with him has helped with some of my long-term musculoskeletal issues.
I highly recommended Craig and wish there were more personal trainers like him.

Having attended plenty of exercise classes in the past I have to say Craig's bootcamps are my absolute favourite, they are engaging, fun and a great workout.
Craig is patient when you need a little more guidance and even if its pouring down with rain the sessions fly by.

I had never used a gym and started my weekly sessions with Craig with some trepidation but I have come to really enjoy our training sessions.
Every week I feel stronger and even things I did not think I could do I have managed, and really enjoy. Craig’s encouragement and positive reinforcement to complete the workouts has helped me to lose weight and build core strength and general conditioning which is the reason I started with him. He has given me advice about diet and calorie intake and steady weight loss, and I continue to see improvements each week.

I have been working with Craig for several months and can thoroughly reccommend his PT sessions. As someone with rather tricky requirements (I broke my neck, pelvis, hip and wrist a few years ago and have to be careful with what I do) he has been fantastic in pushing me, whilst remaining appreciative of the physical limitations I have.
He is always flexible which really helps as my work diary changes often and at short notice. We have been using Craig's home gym and this is really convenient for my location and has everything you need for a good workout.

Craig is extremely knowledgeable and up-to-date about all things body, weight and training related. He also has a kind, respectful and very much collaborative approach to the sessions which means I don't have to think too hard about what's working and what's not - I can just trust the flow. For the past 10 months he's ensured that I have a clear set of targets agreed with him, tailored sessions to suit my changing energy levels and pre-existing injuries and a good level of confidence that I can do this. Craig also carries out regular reviews/adjustment to my routine. Overall I've seen the results in terms of improved strength, stamina and mental well being. Craig doesn't make my efforts to get-fit feel like a chore and I have looked forward to going to the gym for our sessions every week since the beginning.

Craig's popular Core Conditioning classes are good fun and a good work out, and they always vary slightly each week. Craig demonstrates each exercise at the beginning of the class and he offers several alternatives if you've got an injury or weak spot, and he will come and show you on the way round if you forget what to do. The music is great, and I always seem to enjoy the exercises more the second time round the circuit! Thanks Craig for the interesting exercises!

I had a training session with Craig today.
I hadn't been to the gym in a few months but I did surprisingly well, Craig's encouragement helped. I learnt a few new exercises too. I liked the fact there wasn't any equipment involved, the flexibility means you could do it at home if you wanted.
Craig explained what muscle groups the various exercises focused on and gave a thorough demonstration of how to do the exercises correctly.
I thoroughly enjoyed the session and recommend his personal training skills to anyone, whether you're starting out or want to change up your exercise routine.

I have been going to Craig's Core Conditioning class for some time. This is a brilliant class, challenging and with enough variety to keep it interesting. As i have had some injuries when needed Craig has adapted the exercises to stretch me but help my recovery. Recently I have had a couple of sessions to work on specific areas - the sessions were perfectly tailored and easily explained. They are sessions I will be able to fit into my schedule and I know will develop my fitness further. I can't recommend Craig enough - fabulous PT.

I've been training with Craig Jackson (Riverside Leisure Centre ) for almost a year now, and believe he is one of the most committed and dedicated trainers. I started a personal one on one session training once a week, and really enjoyed the variety and challenges he put into the sessions.

I am over 60 and lost my husband and mum less than two years ago which hit me hard after a while l decided l needed to sort my life out and the first two things were eat well and get fit which Craig has help me with.
Now l am a lot fitter, slimmer and my knee which l could hardly bend has improved thanks to Craig's exercises. (No replacement knee for me now)
