Have been here nearly 6 months and it is absolutely great. A friendly, no ego environment. The coaches are down to earth and take time with each person involved in the sessions, as fitness levels vary. Each session has a great structure with new exercises thrown in. Always varied. There is always something going on outside of gym to get involved with as well (Park Run, Tough Mudder) My own fitness as greatly improved and I would highly recommend BTF.

Never in a million years did I imagine myself joining a gym let alone looking forward to going and enjoying every minute of it!!! The coaches have such a unique way of running the classes and there is a real sense of fun in every session(although sometimes the choice of music is questionable 🤭🤣) They are always there if you need any advice with anything and make every single member feel valued! It really is like a big family and everybody looks out for each other and there is always somebody there to help you and encourage you if you are struggling!! Best decision I EVER made!! Seeming as today is the two year anniversary since I first set foot into BTF it seems pretty fitting to leave a review. I have tried every diet and trick under the sun and yo-yo'd most of my life and this is the only place I have EVER gotten results consistently. The team are SO supportive and the clients are first class. Joining BTF isn't joining the gym really, it's joining a lifestyle and it's joining a great big family of like-minded people of all shapes and sizes, ages and levels of experience who all want to be the best version of themselves they can possibly be. From your very first session you'll be hooked on the desire to do well, to achieve and make your coaches proud. Yes, I guess it's a bit of an investment money-wise. But honestly how many times have you had a cheap gym membership and not used it? When you're forking out money for something you have no choice but to go. And with your BTF membership fee you're paying to come away from workouts with a smile on your face (seriously..!), you'll be running mud runs and hitting distances you never thought could be possible, lifting weights you never knew you could lift and making friends with some truly awesome people, while getting fitter and happier along the way. I've had amazing results because of these guys and they've helped me to turn my life around. So stop the fads and short-term diets and join something amazing.

I joined BTF at the beginning of 2020 and it has been the best decision I ever made. It's more than just a gym. By joining BTF you are joining a family. The coaches are really supportive and encourage us all so much. They really know each client and their needs and will push you to achieve your best. I have managed to lose 2 stone in weight since joining (despite two lockdowns!) and have never been fitter. The gym workouts are so fun and the atmosphere in the gym is amazing. BTF has been fantastic throughout the Coronavirus too offering a full range of virtual workouts as well as ongoing challenges and support to keep us all motivated. Through BTF I have gained confidence in myself - so much so that I have begun running and now run 4 or 5 times a week in addition to my BTF workouts. It really is a very special place with wonderful coaches and it has changed my life. You won't regret joining - I promise you!

I was out of shape, completely unmotivated and didn’t feel comfortable going to a regular Gym last year. The person I am now, 13 months after joining BTF is transforming, achieving and over 32lbs lighter! I am in the final week of the free 6 week challenge and I've had nothing but support. The classes are amazing and fun. Even in classes that are busy the coaches are still able to work 1:1 to encourage personal gains and reach individual targets. There's 24/7 support on nutrition and advice- not only from the coaches but from the clients too. Btf have a real family feel, it's not like most gyms- everyone is approachable, helpful, supportive and encouraging. They've got a years member out of me, and probably longer than that! As a personal trainer and fitness instructor in a previous life, who has changed jobs, got fat, had a back injury and personal family tragedy over the last 18mnths, I was in a sad unhealthy place when I joined BTF. I found the accountability deposit a brilliant idea and am now three weeks into my 6 free weeks. I have had professional welcoming coaches, super friendly fellow clients, all who have made this overweight, unfit, middle aged, wannabe fit body feel gradually more confident. I have more energy and am eating well. This is by far the most results orientated supported fitness programme I have ever come across and I am really happy I joined. I cannot rate BTF highly enough. I joined on the 6 week challenge to ultimately 'try it out' and I wanted to work on my strength and core training to help me get to a Marathon (after 4 failed attempts) - well what can I say - love it!! If you are after a gym that supports, encourages, is like a family, no one is judged, you want focused results and clear goals then this is the place for you. Yes it night not be as cheap as your regular gym membership but if you want results JOIN NOW! Since October I've lost over a stone in weight, 4% body fat, dropped a dress size and lost cm's off my waist and hips and completed that Marathon. Need I say more - oh yes the coaches are fantastic :)

Just finished my 6 week challenge at BTF and it's been awesome - completed my target of losing 5% body fat and feeling great as a result. Initially I thought the target might be out of reach but the training was intense and I kept to the diet plan - these guys know how to get results! Trainers all really helped, had most sessions with Dean, Scott and Isaac and they do a great job keeping everyone involved and motivating you you to do more. I've been to many gyms before but recently got firmly into 'Dad-Bod' territory which made me interested in signing up. Some people will be put off by the £299 upfront payment as collateral in case you don't meet your target, but if you do as they say and work hard this will come back to you. If anything it motivated me even more as it's a decent money pot on the line. Was expecting an awkward conversation about becoming a member but to their credit they didn't push that on me at all - gave the option but I couldn't commit to it and they were happy to leave it there. Really appreciated they didn't try the hard-sell and I would definitely join in the future if finances allow. If anyone is considering doing it - DO IT! you won't regret it. Thanks all at BTF for a cracking 6 weeks 👍

I have been at BTF for over 2 years now, and absolutely love it. I was always a regular gym goer but those last few pounds and the smaller dress size was always just out of reach. I originally signed up for an 8 week challenge and at the end of the those 8 weeks I dropped the dress size, although my weight did not necessarily change, inches had melted away. They have given me the confidence and the tools to chase a dream, and continue to support me on my journey. Cannot thank them enough - true it is more than any normal gym but you get so much more. But like anything you get out what you put in.

When I joined BTF nearly 3 years ago - it was only going to be for 8 weeks as I wanted to kick start my fitness regime again. My first session was really enjoyable and I was guided by a lovely young man called Dean. So after 8 weeks and the guidance of not just the fitness side, but also the nutrition advice, I joined BTF. So after nearly 3 years, I have changed my eating habits. My fitness and strength has never been better, and the best bit, I still love going 3 to 4 times a week. It is absolutely additive and the members are all awesome - you always walk out with a smile on your face 😀 This is all thanks to the BTF Coaches Jon, Scott, Dean, Hannah and Isaac and Hayley in the office.

BTF is a brilliant place to go and get fitter and healthier amongst others who are on their own fitness journey. Everyone has a different starting point and set of goals but BTF is always friendly, encouraging, non-judgemental and fun. It is not like going to a 'regular' gym, it is so much more. The coaches are fantastic and will go the extra mile to help you achieve your goals, which are often beyond the expectations you have when you first start. Everyone works together and there's a great sense of camaraderie between all the clients and coaches - so much more motivating than going to the gym on your own. Highly recommend!

I have been a member of BTF for over two years (aside from a short break due to work issues). I can highly recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their fitness and indeed achieve their goals, be it fitness or otherwise. I can lack motivation and this really helps because workouts are done in pairs and moreover, as a team, so once you are in, you will work hard. Also, the coaches are there to help when you have a blip, they will talk you through why and get you back on track. It's about more than fitness though, they also help you with nutrition and general confidence. Yes, there is a cost, but in my opinion, it is worth it

I’ve always felt too self conscious in gyms and when I tried taking up running (well, jogging!), I only felt able to go when it was dark! Needless to say i never stuck to it! Then I saw an advert for BTF. In desperation I decided to go for it and I’m so glad I did. The support has been great from day 1 and I soon began to feel comfortable. Everyone is so friendly, the coaches are brilliant-so helpful and always pushing you but in a really encouraging way. Nobody is ever made to feel judged or inadequate, just part of a team working to better themselves and supporting each other along the way.

I have been at BTF for over two and a half years, and I love it. No one judges, everyone is there for same reason, get fitter, happier, healthier and leaner - which just happens to be their mission statement. From walking in an a nervous beginner, I was made to feel welcome, and part of the community. Not anything you get from the average gym. The sessions are always varied, the team spirit is great (I was not a high fiver before joining, but I am now!), the coaches always have time to talk to you, and will discuss any concerns you may have. The t’s and c’s are always made clear, and if you are unsure just ask! But if you want to change, want to get fit ina safe environment, want to make new friends, want to be part of a team, want to raise money for charity by doing fun things, and want to be the best version of yourself, come and give it a try - you won’t regret it.

This week marks one year since I signed up to a BTF 6 week challenge. Best thing I ever did! Back then I was struggling with motivation on my exercise regime and my weight loss had completely plateaued. Obviously no one can make you eat well or exercise but this place gives you all the tools you need and you are encouraged all the way by the coaches and fellow clients (who I now regard as friends). Everyone genuinely wants you to succeed. I’m now leaner and lighter than I have been in my entire adult life and I cannot wait to see what the next year holds. One word of warning though - you will need to purchase a whole new wardrobe of clothes!

This is more than a gym! All sessions are lead by a coach who ensures that we are both pushing ourselves and are doing the exercises properly. There are two types of program, a 'move' and a 'lift'(the lift usually is more 3:1, where as the move can be up to 20). The staff take a personal interest in each client, with goals being set and progress against these monitored. They will contact you if you don't turn up, to find out what's going on, and help you get back on track. They will also help with nutrition, in two stages though, so as not to overwhelm you. Getting you used to a less processed diet, yet in a way which means that you can flex it to suit what you like to eat and your family circumstances. There is an amazing community atmosphere, with everyone being very friendly and supportive. This is not at all a competitive environment. Many (like me) join having not done any exercise in decades, others however are doing this whist training with clubs for events, to support and improve.

BTF is the best thing I have done for my physical and mental wellbeing. I love everything about it - the classes are brilliant and provide enough variety to keep it interesting while getting to know what is expected, the coaches are fantastic and manage to strike that fine balance of being motivating and encouraging whilst also pushing you to get the best out of yourself, and perhaps most surprising are the friends that I have made and continue to make. A few people have already said it, but it really does feel like a family and I find myself wanting to go and genuinely miss it if I can’t get to a class. It has changed and improved my life, and I can’t recommend BTF highly enough.

I have been a member of BTF for a few years now, after being a gym user of various gyms before I came here. I push myself more than I ever have, it’s like a gym community under 1 roof, it isn’t just all about exercise and nutrition, we have social evenings, challenges and online support. It’s about getting out of your comfort zone with the support from all the other BTF members,, regardless of age or ability, no-one is looked at differently and we all strive to help and push each other,, for that I can’t recommend it enough!!

I have only been a member for a week now but starting to see small changes in my body already. The sessions I have been to so far are excellent. I turn up and once we get started I really enjoy it and so glad I joined. The coaches are excellent they are really helpful they give me advice teach me the correct body position they are always paying attention and they make me feel good about myself even when I have difficulty with something. They also have amazing energy I have always hated excersise until now and find I am enjoying so much that I will keep coming back also working in a group kees me motivated as when I want to be as good as everyone else and enjoy the experience at the same time. Loved the 6-week BTF Challenge!... Hit the target and to be honest i wish i could do it all over again. The motivational emails and nutrition plan helped a lot. I was hitting the circuit sessions 3 times a week and really trying to keep on track using the nutrition plan. IT WORKS. And its a fair enough challenge, if you put the time and effort in, the BTF team will help you reach the goal, and you get the reward of at least 5% body fat loss, feel energised, part of a positive team, and the choice of whether you want to use the £299 going forward to continue the BTF journey. So really happy and impressed with my results at BTF. I'm feeling very positive both mentally and physically. So, if you have got to the point where you are researching what to do about aspects of your fitness, your mindset or you simply want to improve the way you look you may be wondering if BODY TRANSFORMATION FITNESS is a good way of going about it.The short answer is , YES. yes it is!!! if you are concerned about wether you can do it, again the answer is YES, yes you can!!! More to the point its, do you WANT to do it? A few months ago if someone had suggested i would be writing a testimonial like this i would have tutted at them and laughed. All that BTF offer is 100 percent achievable and more, its not weather you "can" do it its weather you want to do it, thats the only question that you need to answer, nothing else; its simple as that. Do not be concerned about cost at this moment, all becomes clear! and do not concern yourself with "Time", only concern yourself with weather you want to achieve what you are looking to achieve. All the staff members and your fellow training partners at BFT will guide you through the process, Scott, Dean and Isaac were hugely supportive during the experience and it went far beyond anything i thought i could have achieved. Their philosophy is an Honourable, humble and positive one, an idea that can manifest itself into something truly life changing.... nothing short of incredible. without giving the game away I've included some of my personal observations during my time, "1. i can actually see and feel a positive physical change in my body, this is a beneficial to my health and also to my general confidence. 2. perhaps the most important change is that i have realised what "i am” capable of, i have realised that it is “me" that has orchestrated the change helped by your advice, rather than believing that “you” have somehow made me look and feel better." If you choose to take part in this most empowering and inspiring adventure you will see that this last comment pays the greatest homage to what Body Transformation Fitness aspire to, "I got myself here, i did it; with help, yes. But i put the work in". If you want to you can too.
