I have been fortunate enough to be training with Colin for nearly 2 years. As a triathlete I needed some expert help to get me strong for the other sports and to reduce the chance of picking up injuries. Since doing his strength programme I haven't had a single sports injury and I am going from strength to strength when competing.

Great PT SESSIONS
I enjoy my PT sessions with colin his sessions are always motivational, fun and challenging to say the least. Very impressed with his enthusiastic approach, made me feel at ease and very comfortable. My daughter has been training with Colin after an illness. She is not particularly sporty so this was an unknown leap for her. I cannot praise Colin highly enough. He is putting her through her paces but really motivating her and making her think in a holistic way about her health.

Colin is very knowledgeable, easily approachable and good at motivating. He knows how to tailor the workout to what you need. He will push you enough so that you get a great workout but not too far that you might feel unwell. All sessions are done as 1 on 1 and 100% supervised. He's conscientious about safety and ensures good technique to minimise injury and maximise gains.
Colins gym area is situated in an outbuilding at the side of his house. There is on street parking available outside. The space is perfect for one on one training and has everything you need for both resistance and compound movement cardio.
He is happy to train absolute beginners with very poor fitness levels up to athletes who need specific training advice/focus.
I think It's very good value for money- especially for people like me who might otherwise sign up for a gym membership and not use it. By signing up to a personal trainer you always attend a session that is 100% focussed on exactly what you require with no embarrassment about other people watching or judging you.
