I've trained with Dom for just over six months now and he has been fantastic in helping me reach my fitness goals. From the first phone consultation, he is extremely dedicated to giving you a plan and guidance tailored specifically to the individual. This ranges from dietary requirements, physique goals, and training intensity based around making positive consistent changes within your lifestyle. Each session pushes you to work hard and the encouragement he gives allows you to go beyond what you thought yourself capable of. He makes nutrition and dietary changes simple and enjoyable, without the need for excessive calorie counting. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking to start or continue their fitness journey!

Dom’s extensive knowledge of physiology, nutritional therapy and naturopathy have been of huge benefit to my goals over this last year.
After having my son the year before, I was feeling pretty spent physically and I wanted to gain some healthy weight but didn’t know how. Dom’s tailored personal training and nutritional package saw immediate results for me, so I couldn’t be happier with the way things are going.
I’ve only been training with Dom for the last 7 months but i’m feeling so much stronger, more toned and far healthier than eve before.

I first met Dom years ago when he was setting-up his business and long before online coaching became a thing like it is these days. During our training together in Norwich Dom helped me with a life-long battle of being underweight and for the first time in my life I actually began to feel happy and confident with my weight and the way I looked and I felt healthier than ever. I used to be so skinny and boney that I was embarrassed to take my shirt off. But Dom worked hard to help me even when he had to set his alarm at ridiculous o'clock in the morning to train me due to my gruelling work schedule!
What sets Dom apart from others is his relentless focus on continued professional development (CPD). Even with his years of experience Dom never stops seeking new knowledge and skills. Knowledge that is passed straight on to clients and used to enhance their coaching further.
Unlike all the thousands of online coaches plastering themselves over Instagram these days Dom is humble, genuine, honest and invests in his clients.

After many years of lower back pain which resulted in various medications and a couple minor ops the second of which gave no improvement whatsoever I decided to seek another solution. Having not spent a lot of time in my life exercising it was daunting to say the least. After researching many PT’s I felt that Dom’s approach with his clients was encouraging and friendly. He worked with them help them achieve their goals on training and nutrition or even training to a competitive level. After presenting Dom with an MRI and talking through with him what my particular issues were and of course my time constraints, he got to work on me! It’s been nearly 3 years since that point, I rarely suffer with lower back pain now and Dom has become a friend as well as a trainer. It wasn’t easy but Dom was always committed to helping me and it took about 6 months to get to point where I could sit without discomfort from my lower back which I hadn’t managed that for about 10 years. All I can say is give him a try, you won’t be disappointed and you will get stronger, fitter and healthier.

I have trained with Dom for 5 years - I think that in itself says enough. He listens to his clients and does not have a one size fits all programme. Dom has helped me train to compensate for a knee that is prone to dislocation. When, unfortunately, the inevitable happened, he has helped me recover and get back to full mobility. We now train to try and prevent further dislocations and if that's not possible, make recovery quicker. Dom is a mentor, a friend (he came to my wedding!) and is a fountain of knowledge. He is always striving to improve so that he can support his clients in ths best way possible. You won't find a better trainer in Norwich than Dom Hills.

I can say without question that Dominic Hills changed my life!
I was in a bad way. Smoking and drinking way too much with no exercise, desperately poor diet and going downhill fast.
Dom, helped pick me up and put me on to a far better road. That was over 4 years ago.
I lost weight, gained muscle and confidence. I quit smoking immediately and have not touched one since. I barely drink alcohol and eat so much more healthily.
Even despite recent bad times, tough redundancies and periods unemployed, Dom stayed with me. Even when I could not train due to injuries or unable to pay for sessions, he stayed with me. Checked in on me and never gave up on me.
If you want results, Dom is the man. The Boss Man. The PT that will focus on you, care about your wellbeing and your goals. The PT that will tell you what you need to hear and push you to achieve.
I cannot recommend Dominic Hills enough. He is not just a great PT, but he has also become a great friend.
If you have not contacted Dom yet, do it now. Once you start training with him, you will be asking yourself 'Why did I not make contact sooner?'

We had an initial consultation call and discussed what I was looking to achieve and straight away his knowledge was on point. The PT sessions are fantastic, I always leave feeling accomplished but all within a very relaxed and friendly gym environment and as well as the PT sessions Dom is always on hand for ongoing support via text, email or a call. 100% recommended.

7 Day Challenge COMPLETE! 👊 The weigh in for us both was done this Morning, and the results are in..(Drum Roll please 🥁).. I've been a gym goer for years and picked up many bad habits and just felt that i needed that extra push and guidance to achieve my health and fitness goals moving forward, I've now been working with Dom for around 4 months now and what a difference it has made, i'm 22 pounds lighter, my bench is 50% up on when i started with Dom and everything else is up at least 25%, i'm running faster and further than i was in my thirty's and generally feeling better as each month goes by, he has guided me with my nutrition and as a result my whole family is feeling the benefits, with the whole family eating better and having a better relationship with food, for me i have found that the little changes he introduces every week have made a massive impact and combined with the regular program changes have helped keep me on track and motivated towards my next fitness goal.
