Absolutely Lovely experience with Beatrice and EMS. I was preparing to walk the Yorkshire Three Peaks. I thought it would be a good idea to get some extra help as there aren’t too many hills down here in Norfolk.
I really felt the EMS helped to push my muscles to another level.
I would certainly recommend taking some sessions along with regular exercise if you are finding you need a little extra help to get you were you want to be physically. I would certainly recommend Bea she’s a great motivator, very approachable and really helpful. Highly recommend the experience.

Exercise routines are clear and well built but also flexible and Xavier always provides excellent knowledge and support to help achieve your goals. I joined EMS Fitness almost a year ago, after a year and half of no activity due to Covid. I was really struggling to get motivated to do any exercise and had put on weight during lockdown. I can confirm joining is the best decision and investment you’ll ever make! I do personal training and EMS with Bea and go to the weekly Boot Camp evening class and I’ve never felt better. Not only have I smashed my goals of getting back into fitness and lost weight, I’m now able to do things I’d never imagine possible like push-ups, lifting weights and now working on pull-ups! The atmosphere there is so friendly and welcoming.

I've been going to EMS Fitness for almost a year now, and would highly recommend it!
I have weekly PT sessions with Bea, where we focus on classic compound exercises such as squats, deadlifts, and bench press amongst others. I wouldn't have had the confidence to do such exercises at the gym, so it's great to have the support and experience of Bea (and the rest of the team at EMS). I've quickly made a lot of progress, I feel much stronger and have felt a reduction in the back pain i've had for many years.
I also attend group classes (Bootcamp and HIIT), which are a lot of fun! We do a wide range of exercises, and the cardio complements my PT sessions well. All the trainers and attendees are really friendly, and the classes cater well for different fitness levels.

I have been training at EMS for over a year in various ways and the entire experience has been excellent! From bootcamp and HIIT classes with Xavi, EMS sessions with Beatrice and PT sessions with Georgia I have found a new attitude towards fitness, and the coaching and advice has been incredibly helpful throughout. I've made some great improvements in my own fitness and feel better in my body and myself, thanks to EMS Fitness. The gym has a great approach, encouraging you to make healthy choices in a really positive way. They’re all fantastic trainers - they really know their stuff and have used their expertise and experience to help me achieve my goals. I have been attending the hiit class, bootcamp and have a personal training session once a week.
Xavier and Beatrice make the sessions FUN and push you to not only work hard and get fit, but also to make sure you do the exercises properly to make sure you get the most out of the sessions.
I look forward to every work out with EMs fitness Norwich and I've noticed a difference in my body shape (more muscles) and my mental health - happier and stronger!

This fitness studio is small compared to most gyms, but has everything you need - kettlebells, cardio machines, weights etc. I have been participating in the high intensity class on Saturdays, as well as Personal Training sessions with Xavier for a few weeks now. I have found him to be really knowledgeable and motivating. If you are like me, and you need someone to push you and hold you accountable for exercising, personal training sessions are a great tool and I recommend EMS Fitness Studio. I personally find just doing lots of cardio boring, so I appreciate the different exercises and variety in the classes Xavier plans.
I cannot yet comment on the EMS sessions as I have not tried it, but I have heard lots of good stories from the people I have spoken to after class.

Xavi and the EMS team are great to train with. The ethos and set up provides a much more personal approach, which is refreshing and welcome.
EMS also gives an alternative to traditional training and has personally given me significantly improved core strength and supported other areas I’ve struggled with.

I've been seeing Xavi and Beatrice for a good few months now and I'm absolutely loving it! I do functional training with Xavi and EMS with Beatrice. They are two different ways of training but they complement each other extremely well. Since training with EMS Fitness I've felt better in myself both mentally and physically and that's exactly what I wanted. Xavi and Bea listen to me and help me to get the most out of each session, challenging me just enough to keep it fun. They are so supportive and as someone who used to feel self conscious going into a gym they have put me completely at ease. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

EMS training is very different to anything I have tried before. I have found it especially helpful at times when I struggle to fit in as much exercise as I would like as it leaves me feeling energised and it has helped me to improve my fitness and strength. It does feel quite weird to begin with but after a couple of sessions I got used to the sensation and felt a lot more relaxed. Each session is challenging and even simple movements can seem hard to do which makes for some funny moments and actually have you laughing during your workout.

Over the last few months I have participated in the classes EMS have provided online. I have never joined in with live classes before and I wondered how it would be? I'm happily surprised by how they have made a good difference in my life! Not being able to go to the gym or even leave my house for a months I thought I would go crazy! I've been using EMS for almost two months and I can't recommend it enough. I've had back issues for years but injured it quite severely about a year ago. This has been a real issue for my strength training as lifting weights is a no go. EMS has been amazing for my rehab. it puts no strain on my back/joints but has the effect of doing a hardcore weights routine (and it's definitely safer for someone like me!) I'm stronger and fitter and it only takes 20 minutes. The trainers are wonderful. They listen to what you want to get out of the session and design you a bespoke programme. I've got one specifically for my sport - and it's really improved my performance.

I found my session to be really beneficial - Xavi has an in depth understanding of the process and is motivating, helpful and friendly. Xavi is an excellent personal trainer. I started training with him in 2013. Although the training is hard work the result is worth it. Xavi is patient and he will give lots of encouragement as long as you put do the work. He keeps a track of your progress and gives you the time to talk about how you are feeling about your training and if there is anything you want to change. I would recommend Xavi as your personal trainer!

I could not rate Xavier and EMS Fitness Stuidio highly enough. I signed up for an 8 week course. Xavier
Iistened carefully to what I wanted to achieve and devised an ever evolving and engaging set of workouts for me. He was able to adapt my workouts around some pain I was experiencing so we never lost momentum whilst I recovered. Not only is Xavier knowledgable and experienced as a Personal Trainer he is also a pleasure to work with, friendly with a great sense of humour. I more than exceeded my aims in terms of weight loss, improved BMI and endurance. Having played high level sports all my life, I am always looking at ways to improve myself, my fitness and my sports.
To be honest, when I first came across Bea and EMS, I wasn’t sure if EMS was just a crazy gimmick or if would actually provide results. Well I was to be proved utterly wrong!
In the time I have been training with Bea, I have had my best ever season playing in the NCGU order of merits, I have featured in the top 20 in last year’s County Amateur Championships in the most gruelling conditions I have ever played in, and I won my clubs over all Order of Merit for 2017!
I have had several people say I’m looking extremely fit, one friend I hadn’t seen for several months almost didn’t recognise me and said I was looking “Hench”, and I’m getting constant comments from the guys I play golf with regularly, who have all noticed that I have picked up noticeable yardage off the tee!
So does EMS work and give you results? Given that I feel as healthy as I did at 21, and I play a sport that can be easily benchmarked and am showing consistent results, I would say absolutely!
Bea is also super encouraging and always gets just that little extra out of you! The best part is it does only take 20 minutes! Perfect fitness for anyone with a busy life.

I really enjoy using EMS. The staff are really friendly and make you feel at ease when asking questions and advice. The benefits of using EMS are immense and you notice it straight after your 1st session. It is a great way to work out in a short period of time. Definitely well worth it in my opinion. Once I completed my first session I was telling my friends about it and they were intrigued by the process, after they tried they love it too. I can't recommend this enough. Great work guys!

I’ve never been motivated or willing to join a Gym to train and get in shape and I’ve always struggled with being over weight due to lack of exercise and bad diet.
I was Introduced to Beartrice at EMS and decided to book my first 20 minute session as I knew I had to pull my finger out and begin looking after myself! I’m so pleased I did as I’m now 1 year in and I haven’t looked back.
Not only has my attitude towards keeping fit changed over the past 12 months my body has changed too having lost over two stone in weight and the results keep on coming!
Beatrice is a brilliant Trainer and Motivator I can’t recommend her and this form of Training enough!

Xavi is my guru. If he said (in his Spanish accent) 'reeechar, walk offa de cliff', I literally would. I've been training with him for around six months and the programme he's put together and continually updates has genuinely changed my life. I carry some injuries that previously left me in pain almost all of the time. Xavi has spent time carefully adapting and testing out routines that have let me strengthen in a way that has allowed me to start living pain free days. To his credit he said we would achieve that on day one (I was very dubious) but it turns out I owe him a lot. He's now helping me with a nutritional plan to complement my programme and I'm fitter, leaner and stronger than I have been in 15 years.
I love the informal setting of the well equipped studio space, Xavi is friendly and welcoming and manages to get the best out of you without being overly pushy. The sessions are always different and we have a laugh too. I couldn't recommend EMS more
