I am really enjoying my 1:1 slow motion high intensity training each week in this bright, clean high quality gym. I have improved overall by 25% in just 8 x 20 minute visits. I am looking forward to continuing on my journey to further improve my fitness in this wonderful welcoming environment.

I started sessions at Fit 20 just over 8 weeks ago now and am already starting to feel the benefits.
The personal trainers Sarah and Dan encourage you to push yourself and improve on a weekly basis.
I like the fact that I can fit the sessions in easily to my working week and working on a 1 to 1 basis means your sessions are focused on your individual needs and ability. I would definitely recommend giving it a try!

I have had 21 sessions and my core strength has increased massively in the individual muscle groups strengthened by these sessions .
The trainers are professional and supportive and encourage you to go that extra bit - I know I wouldn’t do alone in the gym .. the training on the equipment is straightforward - I choose to do on a 1:1.
I can highly recommend this training . As a larger size person feel perfectly comfortable with the trainers and equipment - there are no barriers whatever size !!
It’s also a lovely calm, quiet and cool training room. It’s flexible around sessions and they go out of their way to work around your commitments where possible ..

Really friendly supportive staff. Exercises adjusted to suit your level and in the many weeks I have been going definitely feel and am stronger.

No loud music, no mirrors and no intimidating groups of super fit people standing around. Simple 1-2-1 instruction focusing completely on my strength helping me to reach my goals in just 20 minutes a week! I can totally recommend this to anyone. I am generally fairly fit and healthy but a bit out of condition and Fit20 has given me the focus and strength to get back on track - I've not only lost half a stone, but I have built up strength and particularly in my back and shoulders, where I have had problems with exercising in the past. Dan and Sara are fabulous trainers, very encouraging and supportive. 3 months in and I am seeing massive benefits in my well being.

I’ve been attending for over a year now . Initially I only joined as a back up plan to ensure I did some consistent exercise every week , fully intending to join a ‘traditional gym’ shortly after. With a busy lifestyle this is perfect as for less than the price of a Branded coffee a day I can get a weeks worth of exercise in 1 guided session. My body definition has vastly improved and my fitness levels also - I noticed it when I did a Parkrun with no training initially just over 30 mins then shaving off nearly 4 mins 2 weeks later. I’m still waiting to find the time to join a traditional time - would highly recommend Fit20 to everyone. Just sign up for a free first training session , it could save your life

I have been enjoying weekly twenty minute sessions for the last three months. Initially I was rather sceptical as to how much might be achieved in such a concise appointment but was shocked by how profoundly exhausting it is! And it never ever ever gets any easier as the methodology is all around countering improvements in strength with increased loads in subsequent weeks. I feel totally exhausted afterwards and have built my strength up very considerably with Fit20 sessions alone. Was really helpful in getting fit for a skiing holiday and cannot recommend the guys at Fit20 in Norwich more highly, for either achieving general strength and fitness improvements, or to prepare for specific forthcoming physical challenges. Having tried conventional gyms and fitness routines many times over the last thirty years and lost £s rather than lbs I was very cynical about the perceived benefits and claimed success of this system. However the owners offer a free all encompassing trial which I , eventually agreed to do. After the trial I felt good and started to understand the science behind it a bit better. However this wasn’t enough to convince me to join. I needed further research so with the help of my friend google I looked into the history of the franchise and it’s growth over in Holland and recently into the UK.
Now those Dutch are no fools with a history of invention and ingenuity and the amount of gyms open there and testimonials from happy users gave me great confidence. I therefore decided to join (which you can do on a no contract cancel at any time basis) and give it a go.
Scheduling a regular short session weekly into my diary and having the full focussed attention of a personal trainer on dedicated, targeted state of the art machines has really had a positive impact on my overall health.
After ten sessions I have made a 27% average increase in strength since I started and I feel less aches and pains. I still get the same post exercise rush after twenty minutes and my trainers work me to the point of muscle fatigue which is having a demonstrable effect on my muscle groups in terms of both size and form.
My only complaint is that I’m frustrated that this system wasn’t around 10 years ago!

Love this place and felt great afterwards. You probably don't believe this can help with just 20 mins but trust me it can and do. Sarah and Dan are lovely. If I went to a gym I would get fed up but these guys push me to do it each week and take me to muscle failure. Addicted.

I'm not the person to judge. The trainers are friendly, and for all I know they know what they're doing. They appear to. Parking is easy. Personally I think it's ghastly, but I'd think any gym was ghastly.
