D. M.This gym is a great place to be. Small enough to create a fantastic feeling of team and support for individual needs, but large enough to cater for whatever you need from your gym! The trainers are all enthusiastic and professional and Imogen's 'can do' personal touch is infectious. I highly recommend this gym. Everyone welcome!
L. s.What a great place to train, no judgements at all, the instructors are amazing and the classes are fun and aimed at all levels. The others members made me feel so welcome straight away and I felt I had been a part of it for ages.
The best part is that everybody encourages you, from Imogen, instructors and members. It is all about enjoyment and results. Thank you all for the support.

N. B.Inspire provides everything you could possibly want from a fitness studio. High quality, diverse group classes which accommodate every fitness level with the option of great PT sessions too. All the trainers are so nice, really professional and so supportive in helping you achieve your goals. It's a great place to keep fit and meet new people too. Spotlessly clean, parking directly outside, an area for coffee and catching up with friends. Showers available so that you can carry on your day straight from your class. I love it and actually look forward to exercise these day!! Thank you Inspire Studio!

There is no judgement as soon as you walk through the door just a group of like minded people who like to keep fit. There is so much laughter and it gives you a great feeling when you have completed the class. The instructors are the best in Norfolk. There is something for everyone to try. Be part of the Inspire community.
N. R.After googling lots of different fitness venues, I plumped for a free trial at Inspire. Having never been a member of a gym before, not knowing anyone and feeling quite uncertain, I bumbled along to be met by Imogen and her friendly smile - she was so welcoming and inclusive. I've tried a few of the classes now and whilst I am yet to enjoy 'spin', there is plenty of variety so I can pick my favourites from the other classes.
The other members are friendly and approachable, with a complete mix of ages, abilities and body types, which makes it less intimidating too. The booking system is super easy to book/cancel if you need to, also I love that class sizes are kept fairly small and you can park for free. 4 months in and I can honestly say it's money well spent, I come out of classes feeling motivated, energised and ready for the day! Cheesy, but true. :)
E. d.I recently joined inspire for the new option of classes membership, my love for exercise has returned , imogen has created an environment where everyone is welcome, all ages, all sizes , all abilities. The studio is bright and airy with an area with seating and coffee for chatting after classes. Unlike some large gyms the class membership is capped so you can always get into your favourite classes . Highly recommended inspire !!!
L. R.Friendly, welcoming and fun place to be. Great variety of sessions, with my personal favourite being yoga!! Anytime you go the team are always smiling! From someone who was nervous when I arrived for my first class, I was welcomed and greeted personally which made such a difference, immediately at ease and excited to get started!
