Attended the MPT instructor course in December 2021 and would highly recommend it. Pre-course communication was great with all the information I could have needed and prompt responses. Peter teaches in a very down-to-earth way that will hopefully enable me to do the same and take the benefits of meditation to as wide an audience as possible. I found this course very inspiring and Peter is a very calm, knowledgeable teacher. I am a PT and this is the only Meditation course endorsed by CIMSPA. I am planning on making meditation and mindfulness a lead in skill when taking on clients as training starts in the mind.

I was recommended Peter by a friend and went in with some significant doubts. I had always viewed meditation as a religious thing, with chanting, orange robes and all that.
I am very pleased to say that what Peter teaches is nothing like that. Peter teaches a clear, simple technique which has already had a significant positive impact on my life. I left my first session with a real feeling of "there might be something to this..." – A feeling which has only since grown into a fully fledged belief in the power of meditation.
Peter is an excellent, and very knowledgeable, teacher. He truly understands not only meditation but the realities of meditation for the average person. I struggled with a particular aspect of the meditation and as soon as I explained the issue to Peter, he knew exactly what we could do to work around this problem and his solution was perfect. He is kind, understanding and leaves you feeling that he truly cares about your meditation and health.
I only wish I had tried meditation sooner, I have found that I’m now more able to control my own thoughts, more able to assert myself in order to avoid stress, and more able to deal with that stress which is unavoidable. It has improved my mood, my focus and my motivation and I couldn’t be happier with the result.

Peter offer's a no-fluff simple and effective approach to meditation that is simple and easy to follow and then practice on your own. It really helped to reduce stress and get me to relax and deal with the pressures of running a business. I began meditating out of curiousity. Not sure what to expect or what I hoped to achieve; quite simply 2 friends had offered glowing reports after starting it, and suggested it might be good for me. Peter Francis was the person teaching them. And though curious, I approached meditation with a little scepticism, perhaps associating it with a particular lifestyle or personality to which I didn’t identify. Now, almost 5 years later I wish I had tried it sooner.
Peter Francis is a great teacher. Smart, curious, thoughtful, extremely clear, practical and with the firm belief that anyone can learn to meditate. I have tried other approaches to meditation but find Peter’s technique and style to be the best. His approach is to give you a simple tool with which improves your life. His method is easy to follow, easy to maintain and build on, and very effective – rapidly.
By learning to quieten the mind, you end up with better perspective, memory, humour, patience, sensitivity and greater energy. Less frazzled, less overwhelmed. Decisions happen easily, confidently, without anxiety and second guessing. The doubtful voice we all hear in our heads, the chaotic chatter… it fades away.
It’s a really, really good thing. And Peter Francis is the man to go to learn it. You shouldn’t even be spending time reading this – just book an appointment!
