I have absolutely taken to SAFY fitness more than i or anyone would have expected. Firstly, it's welcoming, like i was part of a family. It is absolutely child friendly for various ages.
You're able to work at your own body capacity, and there are always lower and high options depending on your fitness.
There is a variety of sessions throughout the week to choose from. It's great that it's outdoors. Lovely freash air for you and your kids if they join you.
It's empowering, friendly, fun, cost-effective, and great value. 👍 the best adjustment to my maternity leave post, baby.

I love coming to the boot camps, Hannah is always so upbeat and motivating, making the sessions fun and I always feel so much better afterwards. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I'm not the fittest person but have found the sessions allow me to work at my own pace as I get fitter and stronger and it's been great to see the results. I would definitely reccomend to anyone considering getting back into fitness.

Energising, inclusive and fun. The buggy bootcamp sessions are great fun and perfectly tailored to the individual. Hannah makes a point of getting to know everyone and is often found rocking or cuddling one of the babies to give the mums a chance to exercise. Thoroughly recommended!

Safy fitness is brilliant, buggy bootcamp is a great, fun way to get back to fitness activities after having a baby, and a lovely way to meet other new mums as well. Have also done the kettlebells class which is really good, and will be starting ladies bootcamp soon!

Have been coming to various SAFY sessions over the past few years. Definitely recommend. Hannah is an awesome instructor, who really understands what it can take to get to one of the sessions with kids in tow. She has excellent multi-tasking skills, often entertaining/herding the little ones at the same time as running the session 🤣 The workouts are challenging but fun and it's been a godsend to improve my fitness in such an inclusive space with some great people.

Buggy Bootcamp is one of the highlights of my week. Hannah is a great instructor, she is really fun and energising. The class provides a great balance of keeping the babies on the move and also getting a proper workout for the mums. I’ve been going to SAFY fitness bootcamps since July last year - I thoroughly enjoy the sessions, and I’ve really noticed an improvement in my fitness levels.
No two sessions are the same and there’s a great variety of exercises (body weight, kettlebells, boxing etc). Hannah really focusses on technique and provides options to suit different levels. She is a great motivator, and knows just what to say to get you through those final reps.
The classes are really friendly, and it’s a supportive environment to work out in. It’s also great to get outdoors after working from home all day!
I would definitely recommend joining SAFY fitness bootcamps if you’re looking to challenge yourself and improve your fitness in a fun and friendly atmosphere.

Can’t recommend Hannah and buggy Boot Camp enough as a reintroduction to exercise after having a baby. The class is so friendly and relaxed and you manage to get a good workout even if your baby is not co-operating! Saturday bootcamp and kettlebells are also child friendly and are perfect when you’re ready to take the next step exercise wise.

I never thought in my life I would have personal training sessions, but they are so enjoyable and rewarding! Hannah’s buggy bootcamp and ladies only bootcamp sessions are fab. I’ve really enjoyed working out with others and, as a new mum, meeting other likeminded mum’s. Hannah always mixes up sessions, tailors them to individual’s needs and ensures there are loads of laughs!

I attend Bootcamp and PT sessions every week and I’ve been training for just over 5 weeks and I already feel stronger and fitter both physically and mentally. I really look forward to our sessions and the progress I’m already seeing is INSANE and I honestly could not recommend Hannah enough.
If you want to smash your goals, Hannah is the PT you need!!
