Vicki's Everything Menopause course was very comprehensive with a range of different experts sharing how to optimise women's health and wellbeing during this phase of life. Lots of support during and after the course. I think every participant came away much better informed and with a toolkit of practical things to do that suited their individual situation, challenges and goals. Highly recommend!

A great course whatever stage of peri/menopause you are at. Lots of great external speakers as well as Vicki herself. An abundance of useful information and a chance to share experiences and ask questions alongside other group participants. The opportunity to follow up afterwards on the group chat is also invaluable.

Vicki is an expert in pre and postnatal exercise and you can feel comfortable knowing that you are training safely for your body. Having trained with her throughout my pregnancy and twice being postnatal I can say that she is a great educator on what exercises you should be doing for what stage you are at. I always look forward to her classes as they are always engaging and enjoyable.

Vicki is a truly outstanding trainer - her knowledge of women’s health and perinatal health is second to none. She’s always off training and learning and it shows in her work. She is excellent on nutrition too. Vicki is rightly very fussy about pregnant and postnatal women not harming themselves by exercising without being properly checked and supervised and with her I feel totally safe. I’ve trained 1-1 and done her classes and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my physical health and fitness!

I’ve never been a big fan of group classes but I really enjoy Vicki’s classes! She is excellent at providing instructions, I’m never doubting when I should be breathing in or out or what my body should be feeling. It’s so important to feel you are exercising safely for post-natal women and I have every confidence in Vicki. Thank you Vicki!

Love Vicki's sessions, I am a natural person who would push too much and in pregnancy it's really important NOT to do this which is a real head changer. But Vicki makes sure you're doing the exercises properly and explains why! Plus loads of really helpful tips on preggo nutrition etc

I thoroughly enjoyed the holistic core restore rel-ease workshop on Tuesday evening, it felt like the first time I had been able to properly switch off since I had my daughter 8 months ago. I have always had tight neck and shoulders and Vicki showed us different ways to release this tension that we can do at home. Afterwards I felt like I'd had a sports massage! I also felt really relaxed and refreshed.
I would thoroughly recommend it and I hope to join the next session.
