I am 64 and had a compression fracture in my spine due to newly diagnosed osteoporosis last year. Having tried to unsuccessfully get help from my GP on strengthening bones, I decided to research myself and came across Ryan at Your Health Norfolk. He arranged ten free fitness sessions at home to try to get me back to my pre fracture fitness. Ryan has tailored the sessions to my needs, and I am gradually building back my strength as well as my confidence. I am already so much stronger, and I would recommend him to anyone over 50, regardless of their fitness levels. I am a long-term gym member but stopped due to Covid, but I feel his sessions have done more for me than the gym ever did. I am building up my own regime now and will join the Your Health Norfolk fitness classes when my free sessions end. Margie

I have been having one to one sessions with Ryan now for the last 8 weeks and my physical strength has changed tremendously. I feel so much fitter and feel more confident that I am able to tackle with confidence more physical activities. I am now going for a walk most days and always use the advice that Ryan has given me regarding my posture. We have also talked about my diet and I have even changed this accordingly. Over the last 10 weeks, I have been having one to one fitness training sessions with Callum. I now feel much fitter and stronger and at 75, I know how important posture, balance, and general strength and fitness is in later life. These sessions have not only been beneficial but it has also been very enjoyable as Callum has been so professional, encouraging and understanding. It has given me the confidence to continue with exercises at home or hopefully join a class.
I wholeheartedly recommend this training.

Ryan Chillingworth provides a very professional service. He take care to understand your issues and devises a programme of exercises that helps address these. Having him visit once a week was an added incentive to exercise in the intervening period. When supervising the exercises he provides support and encouragement as well as pushing you towards a more stretching effort. Ryan also discussed and advised on wider issues such as footwear, safety around the house and medical support from my GP.

If you're needing a value priced 'keep fit' experience then look no further! Callum Harding offers work-outs designed to meet your needs. We attend his 'Seniors Strength and Fitness' class in Cringleford. Sessions are well paced, well led and well balanced using a wide range of well chosen exercises suitable whatever your needs maybe. The work-outs are fun but very effective lasting for an hour.
