Just completed the weight management course which worked brilliantly for both my husband and I. The 10 week course covers a different topic each week that educates and help you change what you eat, how much you eat as well as detailed information about food groups and what to avoid. We learnt a lot and we lost over 10kg each but more importantly through the knowledge we gained we know how to maintain a healthier weight going forward. The course facilitator was interesting, knowledgable, engaging and encouraging. We would recommend this to anyone who struggles with their weight and finds the idea of going to Slimming World etc both daunting and off putting.
I had a really good experience with Ryan the personal trainer for Your Health Norfolk. He was very knowledgeable and taught us so much about nutrition and healthy eating. His exercise class was excellent and I lost half a stone and will continue to eat healthier with all the knowledge Ryan taught us on nutrition. I thoroughly recommend this 10 week course.
I enjoyed the course for the first few weeks, but unfortunately beyond the control of the organisers, the hall didn't have enough heating as it had broken down, and I have a bladder problem and it affected me. The session itself was very interesting and packed a lot of information into the time allowed, but handouts would have been helpful. The exercises were very good at first, but after a while I found them too hard as I'm recently recovering from a hip replacement. I was invited to come along to sessions I had missed at another centre, but couldn't make those due to the location.
I joined reluctantly but I’m so glad I did! The course was really informative and also enjoyable. Highly recommended! 👏 I felt that Ryan struck the right tone of encouragement with no element of embarrassment, as well as providing up to date expert nutrition information, convincing us not to “diet” but to set up healthy, proper eating plans - cooking simple food and avoiding “UltraProcessed” - “read the ingredients” 😳. My group was great - open to sharing food/dieting experiences - good and bad. The exercise programme was interesting - for strength and balance to avoid injuries/falls 👍🏻

Fantastic life changing course which I can't recommend highly enough, as not only have I lost the weight but increased my strength and endurance and improved my balance which at 71 is important to prevent falls etc.

I found the ten week course informative and fun. The nutrition talks were enlightening and easy to understand. The exercise was catered for at all abilities. Our Trainer Cameron, was professional but very personable. A wealth of knowledge and easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend anyone to try the house for themselves.
I found the sessions very helpful. Our coach Cameron has been supportive, kind and patient, explaining and clarifying all information that we did not understand and an excellent motivator. I am a changed individual who now carefully monitors what I eat and feel much more energetic, no more painful joints and muscle aches. My mental capacity is much improved and I am a happier individual. I have lost 17.67 lbs since starting with the programme.I would recommend this programme to everyone I know. I cannot stop talking about it to friends and colleagues at work, as well as my relatives. A big thank you to Cameron for all his support.Cameron is a marvel .

This is a brilliant course, I've re-educated myself on what I should be eating. This isn't a diet but a lifestyle choice and one very easy to adhere to. Eating more protein has helped keep me fuller for longer meaning I no longer snack. I've lost 2 stone on this 10 week course and would highly recommend it. Cameron was a fantastic coaxh and the support from Cameron and within the group has been amazing!!!
Elliott comes to my Parkinson’s Group on a regular basis. He is sympathetic to their needs and abilities. He pushes them on within what they are able to do. Can’t speak more highly of him my group love him
