I've recently completed the ILM Level 5 Certificate in Effective Coaching and Mentoring. What a whirlwind of emotions we uncovered? Debbie and Stuart were brilliant trainers and really had us all thinking and challenging ideas and exploring what we felt was important in a coach or mentor. It was a whole lot of work but totally worthwhile. I wanted to add a further dimension to my own training offering by gaining this qualification and certainly feel the benefits already as I'm more confident and considered about the different ways people learn and how they respond. Fantastic training provider! I attended the Level 3 ILM -certificate in leadership and management course and have had nothing but a positive experience throughout. Everyone at Challenge is extremely friendly and will go out their way to assist you. Unfortunately half way through the course we went into Lockdown and therefore could not attend the course in person, however this did not affect how the course was ran, challenge adapted quickly and we carried out the course online for a few sessions. From a learners perspective, I did not notice a difference in my learning and was supported throughout the duration of the course. Debbie and Stuart are always extremely quick to respond to any queries. I would highly recommend Challenge Training & Consultancy so much so that have decided to go back and do my Level 5 ILM course with them.
