100% recommend training at Dan Whittaker Personal Training Studios LTD. It's made such a positive impact to me and my health. Looking forward to training is something I never thought would happen to me! But it's all down to how much I enjoyed my sessions with Steve. Pushing me, but at my own pace so that I never stopped enjoying it. Such a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.

I started with Dan when I was at my biggest and most unhappiest time of my life. I came to Dan feeling as though results were impossible due to my eating disorder, but Dan brought me out of my comfort zone and pushed me to do things I never dreamed of doing in the gym and I received the results I always wanted in a matter of months. My training was tailored around my complicated eating habits and thanks to Dan’s consistent, personalised coaching, Dan has changed my outlook on exercise and I now walk into a gym feeling confident and 3 stone lighter.
Dan is always on the other end of the phone for advice and regularly checks in with you to keep you on track. The best pt around and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I can highly recommend Dan & his Colleague's, especially Josh who has been training with my teenage son (who has Autism/additional needs). The gym is perfect for focused one to one training. Josh has created a calm & positive environment for him to work in & has formed a fantastic trusting, friendly, professional & understanding bond which has made a huge impact on my son, his self confidence, his achievements & his fitness. Dan is a great PT...I signed up for 3 months and he’s really helped change my attitude towards food and fitness.
Before I met Dan the only exercise I did was walking to and from work; I wanted to make a change but didn’t really know how or where to start; I lacked the confidence to take the plunge and sign up at a regular gym.
Dan’s advice and workout sessions gave me that confidence and now exercise is part of my regular routine.
Dan is experienced, he can teach you a lot about nutrition and is great motivator, he will guide you through each session and give you a personal programme that suits your own ability. Although it takes effort at the start once you’re in a routine and you see the benefits it will spur you to carry on.
If you’re committed to becoming fitter and healthier or in need of a complete lifestyle change, then I would highly recommend Dan to help you do it!

Dan is a fantastic personal trainer. Starting out I lacked confidence in the gym, I was attending classes that I didn’t enjoy and I was completely unaware of what I needed to do to see the progress I wanted but going to Dan changed all that for me. He is full of knowledge about nutrition aswell as fitness and reminds you constantly that it’s all about the balance of both these things for a healthy lifestyle. If you want to make life long changes, not only to your weight and to your health but also understanding what drives and motivates you- Dan is your man 😀. As an older lady, jumping around a gym filled me with dread but surprisingly I really enjoy it! Every single session is planned for your specific areas of need but is always different. Following 3 years of giving up smoking, I had gained and gained weight. For the first time, the weight is coming off. Dan will support you not only during the gym sessions but also by phone if you are losing your way. I absolutely recommend Dan.

Daniel is the best person to train with, not only is he a fantastic trainer he understands your goals better than you.
After my pregnancy my back was very bad I couldn't do much at all, not only did he give me the correct exercise he helped repair my back through very effective workouts. I have lost nearly 2 stones since then and this is my second time training with him as the first time I got to target weight and he helped me maintain but I gained weight after getting pregnant and he helping me get back to fit again.
His advice on nutrition lifestyle and how this effects weight loss is something which always stays with you, so if you ask me a 5 star rating isn't enough as trainers come and go but Daniel is here to stay.

Dan is by far the most passionate and committed PT instructor I have used (trust me...I have used a fair few.)
He has tonnes of knowledge to help achieve various goals, whatever that maybe! He's always at the end of the telephone to provide support and guidance...ideal if your one to slack!
I would recommend Dan to anybody who is serious about making changes...you'll get his committment in and out of the training studio.
