A very unique fitness group that you would rarely find anywhere! All members are amazing people who provide great encouragement, whether you've been there for months, years or even days. The fitness instructors prepare a variety of sessions, making you feel good after each class 💪🏼

Come along to the sessions at Graves Park. Enjoy Outdoor Fitness will improve your basic fitness, ensure you have fun and ease you into exercise. Whether you've never done a press up in your life, recovering from an injury or just had a baby, the sessions are a great way to get you back into getting fit at your own pace.

The workouts are fun but you are pushed all the way, the fellow members are inspiring, the workouts are led by personal trainers who give excellent feedback and adjustments during the workouts and the perfect amount of encouragement. If you go you will see the results no question. It’s a life changing experience and I recommend it highly to all.

Variety of exercises, every session is never the same, they cater for everyone's ability from beginner to advanced so don't worry if you've never exercised before.Always lots of encouragement from trainers to everyone in the group. It's also a lot of fun, while you train. Come and try, we are all very friendly bunch 😁💪
