I’ve been having personal training from Rob for a couple of years and would thoroughly recommend him. Rob pushes me in a subtle way, but makes our sessions fun. He’s a really lovely guy. As I play a lot of tennis, Rob tailors my sessions to be tennis specific. I’ve more than met my goals now, but I will still continue to see him as I enjoy the sessions, and Rob gives me great nutrition plans and great recipes! This keeps me on track, as I have to give him a weekly food diary!
I’ve also been to some of his boot camps which are brilliant and so much fun!

I met Rob about 6 years ago as I was looking for a PT and saw him with his Funfit shirt on in the park. I attended a free taster boot camp and liked Rob so booked him as a PT.
I have done PT and Rob's boot camps over the last few years.
Rob is encouraging and makes the sessions fun but does get you very fit. I hate running but found myself running a few miles with Rob.
He's very knowledgeable about nutrition and is realistic with what his clients can adopt but encourages and makes suggestions all the way.
If you want to get fit, lose weight or both Rob's your man!

Rob from Fun Fit Nottingham is a brilliantly intuitive personal trainer that knows how to get the best out of you across all levels physically and mentally. One session with Rob is like a month's workout at the gym - now that's value for money! plus the sessions are always fun and exciting. During sessions the time fly''s by and I'm not really aware of how much I'm sweating, losing weight and feeling fitter whilst laughing and connecting with other lovely people.

Fantastic personal trainer - great results!
I started personal training with Rob a few months ago, and he's helped me to lose over a stone and a half and get a lot fitter. He's a great motivator, and the food advice and exercise programs are really easy to follow and really effective. I also go to his bootcamp and it's great fun! I would definitely recommend personal training with Fun Fit!

I found Robs details back in May 2015 as I wanted some pointers for various physical challenges I was undertaking that year. I have been with him ever since. He becomes a friend as well as a trainer and will push you as much or as little as you need, as well as pointers to take away for you to do at home. Would highly recommend him to anyone, no matter what your size shape or fitness levels are.

"5 star service with a fun atmosphere"
I started at fun fit nottingham back in october 2013 to not only tone up but to loose some weight for a holiday but most impotently for my self.On my first session at the bootcamp i was greeted by other members of the group who for the same reasons as my self bit the built and said time for a change and its only you who can do that no one else. Rob is very welcoming and so are the group members who will help you along with the workouts. Rob will also have a chat with you in regards to any injury's or conditions you might have to tailor the workout to your needs and pair you up with other members of the same ability. Rob puts on a great session twice a week but always makes it fun with games that help with cardio and upper body along with kettle bell circuits and boxing.Now a year on and still loving the sessions and PT to help me along to my goals ive even been on the fitness holiday to the algarve that rob holds every october and is amazing. i highly recommend you try the bootcamp for at least a 2 weeks to get to grips with the training and for your body to adjust to your new active lifestyle you will soon be hooked like my self and many other

Ok so what i like about Rob is his attitude, he is friendly & relaxed, but knows how to get the most out of you.
He isn't an ex military drill sergeant, but don't get me wrong, your shattered after the hour session.
It doesn't matter if your super fit or just starting out he has a kettle bell or viper to suit you all. his workouts a brilliant.
Myself and Hayley are regulars.
