Jay is very supportive as a personal trainer. He listens to your goals and tailor makes an exercise plan that suits you. He pushes you in an encouraging way and helps you achieve what you want to achieve. Also very friendly and approachable. Sessions are tough but enjoyable ☺️ definitely recommend

Jay has been my Personal Trainer for 6 months now. I was sceptical before I took the decision to take a PT but went ahead and since then, never looked back.
Jay brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in so many different aspects of health and fitness, and it shows in his own personal mentality, work-ethic and the results he achieves for himself and others.
I have personally seen a dramatic difference in my strength and condition as well as flexibility in the 6 months I have been with Jay. Joseph is a friendly and intelligent personal trainer which does go a long way with someone like me who had no idea what the hell I was doing when I entered the gym. He's a good guy who is willing to go out his way to make sure you get your pt session in.

First and foremost Jay is very passionate about his job and getting the best possible results for his clients no matter what it is they want. He sets realistic goals with them and does not give false promises to clients if something is not achievable. He is kind,caring and wants the best for his clients. He is very knowledgeable about his job and makes his sessions fun, interesting and keeps them switched up to keep on challenging his clients and make sure they dont get bored with the same routine. I have recently been having personal training with Joe at Pure Gym in Basford. 6 sessions in total. I’d highly recommend Joe if you’re looking for motivation and accountability. In 6 weeks I’ve lost weight, and inches and really toned up. But what I’m really pleased about is that it’s renewed my love of exercise and especially weight training. Joe was really knowledgable about nutrition too and was happy to answer any questions I had. The whole time I was there I was made to feel welcome and not at all intimidated, I will definitely continue my fitness journey thanks to Joe!!!

Jay helped me with a structured meal plan and gym training, and I went from 72kg to 80kg in a little over a month. My next goal is to do 3 free handstand push-ups :D
