I cannot recommend The Nutrition Plan enough! it has completely flipped 'dieting' on its head for me. I used to do on/off diets that i couldn't stick to that were just miserable but this has changed my life and my outlook to 'dieting'. I am now armed with the knowledge that i need to lose fat successfully without feeling like i am on a crash diet, i have also dropped the body fat that i wanted to and then some! It really is a lifestyle change. The support given throughout as well is amazing. Jules is always there to answer any questions/offer any advice or tips.
It is without a doubt the best thing i have ever invested in for myself.

The past 6 weeks on The Nutrition Plan have been a huge education for me. Not only in understanding macros and the impact they have on diet, but the helpful guidance on low-cal swaps has made so much difference. I was the type of person who did loads of exercise but never lost weight and didn't feel confident with my body, I carried weight on my stomach and hips which I had never been able to shift. When I joined a new gym (Compound Strength & Conditioning) I became more interested in my diet whilst I was training and learnt that Jules a coach at the gym also ran The Nutrition Plan. We talked through what was involved and I signed up for the next 6 week course that was running, during the plan Jules organises weekly check in sessions where she assess your goals, current diet and provides you with relastic targets for your daily nutrition. I was worried I would be hungry but actually the change in diet helped me feel fuller for longer and I was still having weekly treats! Yes, you need to put a little more time and thought into what food you put into your body but Jules provides so many resources to help you in your journey, she builds an online community with all clients so you can share recipes, smart tips and tricks and plenty of useful food swaps! I was amazed how quickly my body started to change, I submitted pictures every week which gave me so much motivation, half way through seeing my 3 week transformation gave me such a boost! My new diet has become a lifestyle and even though I am no longer on the plan I am still part of the community and I have been able to maintain my diet and weight 14 weeks on! I have recommended friends who have also had incredible results and are so thankful for me telling them to sign up! Jules is a very knowledgeable, encouraging and professional nutritionist and I would highly recommend The Nutrition Plan.

I started with Jules in February and have loved working with her on the 6-week nutrition plan so much so that I’ve signed up for another 6 weeks. From the start Jules has been supportive, encouraging and her knowledge about food and fitness is so impressive! The nutrition programme was the greatest project I’d ever worked on. Yes, I wish I’d done it sooner. Before taking part, I was a gym-bunny. I had no problem with finding the motivation to move, though, I’ve never been happy and have been conscious with my physical appearance. The nutrition programme has been brilliant and so easy to follow. Thanks to Jules support and guidance it felt so easy to adhere too. Jules recommend Marcos and what tools to use to help keep on track and motivated! What I loved the most was it didn’t feel like a diet!! This nutrition programme has been brilliant and super easy to follow! This is all down to Jules and her knowledge, support and help! I have tried many diets, from Atkins, Keto, slimming world etc and have always fell of the plan after a week or so as I just didn’t have any support that was easily accessible to me! This plan has been great for me, Jules is accessible all the time for questions and guidance. The plan is so easy and the tools are really easy to use. There is nothing you can’t eat ( be it in moderation) it’s all about getting the balance right and making healthy choices. For once I now feel I eat ‘properly’!! I will certainly carry on with this plan in the future and would highly recommend anyone!

I've lost 7% of my bodyweight through nutrition guidance and personal training from Jules. I've been trying to lose weight for three years but not getting anywhere. It really helped to have someone else set my daily calorie and macro targets and then guide me and support me to fit the diet into my daily routine. Jule’s program was fantastic. Tailored to me and easy to follow with regular check ins and helpful tips to increase my protein intakes. It really made me think about what i needed to fuel and help my muscles recover from all the hell i put them through each week. After 6 weeks i was 1kg lighter (weight loss was not a goal but eating properly helped me drop a little) and my muscles were recovering much quicker. I’ve recently lost over a stone following this plan. I’d tried lots of diets in the past but was never really able to stick to anything for more than a couple of weeks and always ended up returning to old habits after getting fed up of feeling hungry all the time. This plan has been completely different, I didn’t expect that I would be able to stick to it but following the advice around aiming for a protein target meant that I wasn’t starving all the time and for the first time was able to give my body enough energy on a plan that I was able to sustain. Having the support and accountability to Jules also made a difference. Just completed my 2nd 6 weeks on the nurtion plan (this time a graduate planwhere a group of us who had already done the initial 6 weeks focussed on some of the more advanced aspects. Absolutley chuffed with the outcome. Have lost 4kg in 6 weeks, changed my habits back to a healthy nutritious diet and have managed to still have treats. Loved the video updates (which I could watch at my own convinience!). Really can't reccomend this plan enough.
