I have just started training with Mody but I already know that I would not exchange him for any other trainer. He is an amazing trainer. He is very professional, he cares about the correct technique as well as a good atmosphere during the training.
He approaches the client in a very individual way and never doubts you. He knows how to motivate you to effective work.
Moreover, the variety of exercises makes the session not boring and I always look forward to the next one

Mody is a fantastic personal trainer! For the first time in a long time I feel like I'm looking after myself properly which is thanks to his nutrition and exercise support. I’ve lost weight, got fitter and feel so much healthier! The amount I’ve been working out has dramatically increased because of his fun and varied workouts that regularly change so there is no chance to get bored. He is super reliable and whenever I’ve asked him a question he has always got back to me very quickly. If you follow his advice you will get results!

Mody is a great personal trainer. I never liked weight training before but Mody managed to make it enjoyable for me and gradually build up my weak arm muscles by increasing the weights at just the right speed for me and making sure my posture and technique were correct. I trained with Mody over several months and would not hesitate to recommend him to others. He is professional, incredibly knowledgeable and most importantly, he knows his clients and what they need.
Mody takes a genuine interest in your goals and really pushes you to achieve these. Mody is such a knowledgeable coach, training with him is always something to look forward to and he has new routines and challenges to keep you motivated. Mody is one of the most experienced and committed trainer. I start training twice a week as part of the small group session. Mody is a great trainer. He’s a strong , smart Viking with a heart of gold, a wicked laugh and a good sense of humour. Mody knows loads about how and why things work and coaches accordingly rather than simply telling you what to do. He also is great at building your confidence. I barely knew what a weight bar was, but thanks to Mody’s precise and encouraging instructions and incremental progress training programme, I’m now lifting 90kg deadlifts, and will be 100kg in 2 weeks ! Highly recommended!

I am not writing this review to confirm that Mody is the qualified professional he describes himself in his profile. The fact that he continues to practice in this very crowded space and constantly gets positive reviews are testament to this. I am writing to highlight what makes Mody stand out, from my own perspective; I believe that ‘clicking’ with a personal trainer isn’t only about his/her qualifications or specialties but about a fit that sometimes is hard to articulate. I will attempt to share my reasons in two main points: 1- Mody has a unique style that combines a serious training approach (technique, use of knowledge in anatomy, physiology and metabolism) with a light-hearted delivery, observation, monitoring and intervention. This style creates an all-needed safe and fun environment for women to experiment, push their own boundaries, listen to their bodies and respect their limitations. I had a chronic knee injury that impacted dramatically on my body alignment and strength in the left and right sides. It causes me pains and discomfort. Mody understood my state very well and incorporated movements in my training, adjusted the exercises and taught me tricks (using Lacrosse ball and other tools) to ease the symptoms and rebuild balance.
2- Mody is attentive and perspicacious. He has the ability to develop a very personal rapport with his clients, revolving around their physical state/abilities combined with their goals and working with their backgrounds and interests. Mody engages with me on science (I am a researcher in molecular biology) and I enjoy the exchanges we have in and outside class; he uses that to connect with me and motivate me. For example, I am intrigued the science of longevity and in how to keep my body strong and fit as I navigate peri-menopause. This is something I explore with Mody.
Like anything, finding the right ‘fit’ in people and environment to help you reach your goal is critical. For fitness goals, Mody’s credentials and temperament make it highly likely he will be a good fit for many.

Never in my life have I been motivated to do regular exercise.
