I have been working with Joe since February and am really pleased with the experience and the changes to my body.
Joe makes a lot of effort to tailor sessions to meet your fitness goals, including providing initial consultation, rotating between programs every 3-4 sessions and utilising various exercises and a range of equipment, which helps keep things fresh and interesting.
Joe also provides home workout programs via his home workout app, which again includes a comprehensive range of exercises and helpful videos demonstrating how to do the exercise and do's and don'ts.
Joe is highly passionate and knowledgeable about fitness and physical health and will often explain the mechanics behind each exercise. He is great at balancing positive encouragement and support with checking in to see if you are comfortable with the weight/exercise.
Joe is super friendly and a real people person and helps to put you at ease from the start, especially if you are someone like me who had not previously used weights and lacked confidence.
Joe also takes a holistic approach by gently monitoring your eating habits and lifestyle and recommends changes or adaptions to ensure you get the most out of your sessions.
All in all, Joe is an excellent personal trainer and one that I would thoroughly recommend to anyone!

He is extremely patient when demonstrating exercises and truly caters for all levels of fitness. Very reasonable prices and highly flexible in terms of training times offered. I started with Joe about 6 months ago now and couldn't recommend him more! He creates a fitness plan specifically tailored to you which he regularly updates for diversity and to ensure that all muscles get a good workout (even the ones I didn’t know I had!). He always goes the extra mile suggesting home workouts and offering advice on diet. He has also managed to find a way to make exercising fun and puts up with my core-some puns and attempts to match my banter which I can only commend him for. Since training with Joe, I’ve definitely noticed an improvement in my strength and body tone and look forward to achieving all my goals. Thanks Joe!

I'd highly recommend Joe as personal trainer, Joe is very accommodating, encouraging and motivating coach.
I go to Joe twice a week for almost four months now, it has been a great way to keep on track and set my goals.
He is a very professional sportman and definitely will help you achieve your goals and you will feel stronger after each session.
After few weeks I started seeing results and noticed I am getting much stronger and toned.
My fitness level is probably the best it has ever been and it's all thanks to Joe !

Joe is extremely professional and eager to help. He's been making plans for me for over a year and I have just completed his 12 week (3-day) Hypertrophy plan. I blasted through fast and have toned my muscle. for someone who didn't enjoy intense workouts, they are now what I look forward to most in my day. Whenever something hasn't worked for me, Joe has always found a way to encourage, support or refine what I am doing so that I see the best results. I wouldn't go to anyone else.

Joe is an awesome trainer. We've worked with him in HIIT classes at the gym and PT sessions at his home gym. He's super organised and takes your personal goals into consideration while building each workout. He'll definitely push you hard but you'll also really enjoy it and see big improvements week to week.

I’m a single mum of two gorgeous boys. Even before lockdown(s) getting out to exercise was a challenge in itself let alone actually doing the exercise!
I approached Joe back in October last year for help. As with everyone my mental health was shot and I needed something other than Netflix to keep me going.
Previously I’ve always had problems keeping going. Try it for a week, and then give up was usually me.
I have several injuries that I have to be careful of and Joe listens and tailors my workouts to me. He’s helping me with nutritional advice too, and I can honestly say I look forward to my workouts and catch ups with Joe.
We meet up, when kids allow, to ensure I am keeping on track and getting the most out of these exercises.
Joe cares. And when I am having a wobble, or frustrated he has the right things to say to pull my socks up and keep going. Since October I have worked out 4 times a week and I cannot recommend him enough. I intend on keeping going for as long as I can as the workouts have made me a fitter happier person, who knew exercise could do that!!!

Joe is a fantastic teacher , patient and encouraging , he makes sure all exercises are done correctly, and at the right pace for you, our plans are varied each month and I actually look forward to the new set ( never thought I’d say that!) I have lost a stone and feel the fittest I ever have in my 50 years , his advice in nutrition has also helped to curb bad habits

Following the programme Joe designed for me has made a huge difference to my experience going to the gym. The programme is clearly structured and easy to follow thanks to the videos demonstrating how to complete exercises. Joe has also been available to answer any questions, with detailed responses being provided promptly. I have made notable improvements following the programme Joe designed for me and it has made me look forward to going to the gym in a way I didn't before - I couldn't recommend Joe any more as a PT.
