I've had Nick for a personal trainer for several months now and he is just brilliant. My main aims are to increase strength and muscle mass, and I have definitely seen an improvement. Nick has designed a program that is varied and constantly changing, making working out both challenging and very fun. It’s to a point where I genuinely look forward to my morning workouts. Nick, himself, is really knowledgeable and passionate about training, and is also very accommodating, both in terms of providing equipment that I do not have, and making good use of space in my flat. He definitely has my recommendation!

Nick has been my personal trainer for nearly a year now. I train with him on a one to one basis and also with a group of my friends, who were keen to train with Nick upon my recommendation. The sessions continue to be challenging and varied, yet fun. Nick is very encouraging and knows what you are capable of, so I always feel motivated and like I've had a great workout. I certainly feel fitter and stronger and this has helped me personally in many areas of my life. I would have no hesitation in recommending Nick if you are looking for a professional and friendly PT.

I can't recommend Nick highly enough. I really look forward to my weekly training sessions and however tired or stressed I may have been feeling beforehand, I always enjoy the training and I always feel great afterwards. Nick is great. He creates variety by introducing new exercises all the time and he is encouraging in a really positive way - he gets me to push myself as hard as I can - but he never pushes me beyond my limits. He is really knowledgeable about technique and mindful of protecting from injury.
I am fitter, stronger, and more toned and I have lost some weight. The training I do with Nick has had a really positive effect in other areas of my life - when I go running I run faster, I get more out of exercise classes and yoga because I (finally!) can do press-ups and sit ups.
I feel healthier in body and mind and I can honestly say I couldn't do without my training sessions with Nick.

I've been training with Nick for the past 4-5 months and totally love how it's changed my life. Before I started, I was running maybe 2-3 times a week, and although I wasn't unfit, I was very weak in my upper body and didn't have much of a clue about strength training. I now love working out 5-6 times a week, I can do proper press ups, I'm working towards a pull up and I've signed up for a sprint triathlon. I've also lost a few kg and cm and I'm so proud of my emerging arm & shoulder muscles!
Nick is a brilliant trainer, really approachable and friendly, always smiling, totally reliable. Maybe it's just me, but I thought a PT would be intimidating and when I started I was steeling myself to feel a bit unworthy and I was pretty scared, to be honest! But thankfully it's not like that at all, Nick is just encouraging and motivating and I really look forward to our sessions each week. He pushes me but not too hard. He also keeps changing things every few weeks so I don't get bored and to adapt to my changing goals. The app is great for reminding you what you're meant to be doing each day and for the videos and instructions which remind you how to perform a certain exercise. I've also recently started working with Nick on the nutrition side with the aim of understanding what I need to change in my diet to achieve my goal of lowering body fat and maybe finally seeing some abs!
So, in summary, if you're considering giving it a go, just do it. I don't think you'll regret it!

I've been training with Nick for 3months now, and I can honestly say for the first time in my life I'm actually enjoying exercise! Nick is a constant pillar of support and on those days when you want to give up, he's there making sure you carry on! Your goal, becomes his goal and he won't rest until you've reached that goal. Not only do you become informed and technically capable with movements broken down givng you a safe and steady progression, under Watchful eye over several weeks, before moving onto the full movement.
