The best fitness training course provider with very knowledgeable and supportive tutors throughout the process. I highly recommend Body Aid Solutions Ltd to anyone who is seeking a stepping stone into a career in the fitness industry. I personally have engaged and passed the Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer courses. Passing the course would not have been possible without the tutors continuous support and knowledge that they had to offer, in order for me to start and progress my journey into the fitness industry. I will be engaging with Body Aid Solutions Ltd in the future and could not thank the likes of Travis, Neal and Dan (tutors) enough.

I have just completed an intensive Level 2 Gym Instructor & Level 3 Personal Trainer. The communication throughout was great, all the pre -course information was exactly what was needed and more and I knew exactly what to expect prior to attending the course. I found both courses very informative and the knowledge of Neal, the tutor, was very impressive. The course was delivered to a very high standard and made me feel at ease before and during assessments. Neal gave great feedback that will help me to continue my learning and was there to offer support when needed. I have now booked another two courses through Bodyaid and cannot recommend them enough. I just finished my Level 4 Sports Massage course with these guys and I absolutely loved it. We had Sam for the first weekend and then Dan for the other 2 and I loved both their styles of teaching ! I've completed 3 courses with Body Aid solutions and I am planning to do several more. They're affordable, so friendly and approachable. They provide payment plans, so there's options if you can't afford the fee in full. The tutors are so knowledge and give such support to each one of the pupils. I've met Neal, Sharon, Martin and Emma and they are fab. Not only do they help you through the course but they also give further advice and help for the industry. I really recommend them to anyone looking to further their career in fitness. Thank you Body Aid (Daniel and Andi). I look forward to coming back in a few weeks for my level 3 course.

An excellent course that exceeded expectations. I was so nervous before the first weekend but felt so much better once I’d arrived and met everyone. The course was structured well and the instructor was so knowledgeable and experienced. The people on the course had a broad range of abilities but I think everyone was challenged and kept engaged throughout the course which is testament to his teaching. Such a great company to do your studying through. I have done 2 courses through them and just about to start my third. The manuals that they provide are so in depth, so much information available. The teaching environment is very relaxed and friendly. The course tutors are amazing! I cannot stress this enough there knowledge is outstanding and they are very helpful at explaining anything difficult or hard to understand. The practical weekends take place at a local senior school the facilities are great for learning in and doing pratical assesements in. I always look forward to going in for the practical weekends. I will be doing a lot more course in future and would always do them through Body Aid Solutions. Highly recommend!

Firstly, I want to say thanks to all the helpful staff at BodyAid pre me taking my course In level 3 & 4 Sports Massage Therapy. Booking my place was very easy, payment options are flexible, long side that being very reasonable in price and lots cheaper than other courses leading to the same qualification. Believe me when I say thats not in any way reflected on the teaching or quality of these course, it's truly is fantastic and you will be disappointed. I know there is a lot of gimmick courses out there at very expensive prices, but honestly, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anybody thinking about getting into therapy to sign up with BodyAid to start their journey. I have learnt a priceless amount coming out of the qualification and feel I'm confident that I'm actually ready to treat anyone who needs my services. Nathan and Sam are fantastic tutors - patient, knowledgable and very clear with their teaching, which makes learning so much easier and enjoyable. Completed both my Level 3 Sports Massage and Level 2 ETM Instructor courses through Body Aid. The booking of the courses is simple and made easy with affordable payments plans leading up to the course. CD's and documents are sent out before the course too with a distance learning tutor assigned to yourself who will answer any queries leading up to the course. The course's are blocked so therefore there are no long waits in between and you can complete the courses in a reasonable amount of time which is perfect for getting qualified. The contact days include a variety of theory and practical based elements with 5* tutors that are currently in the industry and know their fields well. People on the courses are not just local, some travel and stay over a night on the weekends which to me shows a great rapport nationally. 100% would recommend this company!

What an amazing experience! Studying after so many years, and in a completely new subject was daunting to say the least. The friendly, experienced team at Body Aid put me straight at ease and have made it all so straightforward and, most importantly enjoyable. The course materials arrived with full instructions on what order to work through them and tips on HOW to do it - the bit i was most worried about! They are so well written that I was engrossed straight away. The practical days are great fun and Dan really knows his stuff. And he is also excellent at explaining how to apply it all in the 'real world'. Would highly recommend.

Got all of my course materials in plenty of time and there was assistance on hand if I needed it.
