I've been attending Dave's Thursday boot camp sessions for the past few weeks and although I never saw myself as someone who would enjoy working out at 6:30 am in the dark and all weathers it's actually really good fun! Dave is a great trainer, knows his stuff and knows how to motivate us and tailor the sessions for all levels of ability. Small groups mean a more personal feel and individual attention, plus everyone is really friendly and welcoming. I am already feeling fitter and stronger and could not recommend Dave's boot camp sessions highly enough. Challenging but fun with a great group atmosphere, what more could you ask for!

I am not an exercise lover and often as the day goes by make excuses as to why I cant go to a class or the gym after work or later on in the evening. The boot camp classes early in the morning are really good for me as I just set my alarm and get up and go and its exercise out of the way before the day even begins. Its lovely to exercise in such a nice park early on when its quiet and Dave gives us just the right amount of individual challenge and encouragement. He is really knowledgeable about how to be healthy and always has useful pointers to give us when asked - he is not patronising or preachy as I have found other trainers. I feel so much fitter and capable now and never thought I would ever say that I look forward to getting up at 6am to exercise in the park but I love the feeling it gives me for the rest of the day. Dave is a fantastic personal trainer, his boot camp sessions are intense but fun and I always feel motivated to push myself! I have recommended to lots of friends and I actually enjoy exercise now, even if it is at 6.00am!

Dave is a great trainer and I am really enjoying his boot camp sessions at Freedom fields park. I have been attending these twice a week for the past few weeks and I am already seeing great results! Dave is considerate to each individual in the group but also pushes everyone to give they're all.

Dave took my main goals and broke them down into smaller, achievable chunks which were easier to work towards and hit. His methods and encouraging character motivated me further.
After 12 weeks I have made excellent progress and I will definitely carry on using him for the foreseeable future as I know he will get me where I want to be.

I started training with delta Charlie fitness on Monday and had my second session tonight I have been in and out of gym membership for years and had no result ,he really pushes you to your maximum ability to get the best result also gives great advise for meal plans would definitely highly recommend
